Food stimulates intestinal endocrine cells to secrete incretin during digestion and absorption of intestinal tract. Studies have shown that the incretin effect after food intake depends on the volume and composition of food. Among them, protein nutrition can improve physical fitness for basketball players. In this paper, the author analyse the dietary protein composition of sports nutrition and personalized basketball teaching.
