摘要:
Gastrodia tuber has many pharmacological effects. DNA fingerprints of Gastrodia tuber were determined using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique, of which the desired DNA segments were selected and recovered. Positive DNA clones were obtained through ligation techniques, transformation, blue/white color screenings, cloning and identifying. Novelty of the cloned DNA and its potential importance were confirmed by sequencing DNA and bioinformatics analyzing.
