20 kV电压等级配电设备的选择与系统中性点接地方式密切相关。20 kV中压配电网的不同中性点接地方式各具有其特点及适用范围,在此基础上,通过相关标准和实际运行经验对不同中性点接地方式下相关设备的性能参数进行分析与比对,以设备绝缘水平和经济性能作为综合指标对20 kV电压等级配电设备的选择进行了探讨,在现行的国标和行标等对设备性能参数规定较少的情况下,为20 kV电压等级建设提供借鉴。

Selection of distribution equipment for 20 kV voltage level is closely related to the neutral point grounding mode in the system. All the different types of neutral point grounding mode for 20 kV medium voltage distribution network have their own characteristics and scope of application, On this basis, the performance of related equipments under different types of neutral point grounding mode are analysed and compared in combination with relative standards and practical operational experience.
