In this section, the effect of the SSR channel laps on the temperature characteristics and hydraulic performance of the LCP is investigated. The structure of the SSR channel is shown in Fig. 1(c). The positions of the entrance channel and the outermost lap of the SSR channel remain invariable, and the SSR channels are equidistantly distributed. The battery thermal management system is critical to the operating safety of power batteries. To alleviate the temperature gradient effect caused by the high local temperature of the battery, a centrally dispersed squarespiral-ring (SSR) mini-channel liquid cooling plate is designed for power batteries in this study.
