摘要:
采水蒸气蒸馏法提取大蒜挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用程序升温法测定大蒜挥发油化学成分,考察贮藏对大蒜挥发成分的影响.共鉴定出了22种化合物,占挥发油总成分的95%.主要成分为大蒜辣素(28%~41%)和甲基烯丙基硫醚(11~16%)等.结果表明不同贮藏期的大蒜油的成分的种类变化不大,但相对含量变化较大.该变化可能源自贮藏期成分的挥发和大蒜水分含量的变化.

摘要:
用流变相法制备了 LiFePO_4/C电池正极材料,利用XRD、SEM和EDS等技术对产物的微观结构和形貌进行了分析,并采用恒流充放电、循环伏安(CV)等测试技术测试了其电化学性能.重点探讨了不同碳量对LiFePO_4正极材料晶体结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响.结果表明.制得的复合材料环境友好,具有平稳的3.4 V左右的充放电电压平台,导电性能和大电流充放电性能优良.

摘要:
In this work, novel mesoporous silica hollow spheres (MSHS) were chosen as an immobilization matrix, to construct a mediator-free third-generation HRP biosensor. UV-vis spectroscopy revealed that horseradish peroxidase (HRP) entrapped in MSHS could retain its native structure. FTIR spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms indicated that HRP are intercalated into the mesopores. The direct electron transfer of HRP entrapped in MSHS was observed. A pair of stable and well-defined redox peaks of HRP with a formal potential of about -0.150 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in 0.1 M pH 7.0 phosphate-buffered solution (PBS) were obtained. The biosensor exhibited a fast amperometric response to H<inf>2</inf>O<inf>2</inf> with a linear range of 3.9 ×10<sup>-6</sup> to 1.4 ×10<sup>-4</sup> M (R = 0.997, N = 20). The detection limit was 1.2 ×10<sup>-6</sup> M based S/N = 3. ©2008.

摘要:
A rapid, simple, and specific liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometric method has been developed and validated for the determination of fluoxetine in human plasma. The method was validated with a linear range of 0.5-100 ng mL-1, and the lowest limits of quantification were 0.5 ng mL-1 for fluoxetine. The extraction efficiencies were about 65% and recoveries of method were in the range of 94.0-97.5%. The intraday relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 11% and interday RSD was within 12%. The method has been successfully applied to the evaluation of pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of fluoxetine. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

In the title compound, C20H21N2O2S+center dot NO3-, the dihedral angle between the pyridinium and phenyl rings is 81.77 (19)degrees, that between the pyridinium and tolyl rings is 1.36 (18)degrees, and that between the phenyl and tolyl rings is 82.69 (19)degrees. In the crystal, the components are linked by strong charge-assisted bifurcated N+-H center dot center dot center dot(O,O) hydrogen bonds and the packing is consolidated by numerous weak C-H center dot center dot center dot O bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions [for the latter, centroid-centroid separation = 3.868 (2) angstrom].

摘要:
In the present paper, the gas-sensing characteristics of novel gas sensors based on PbS were investigated. The sensors exhibited high responses to NO<inf>2</inf> and NH<inf>3</inf> at room temperature. No response to other gases was observed. The response magnitude of sensors based on PbS prepared with Na<inf>2</inf>S at 50 °C was 266.4 to NO<inf>2</inf> at operating voltage 5 V. The response and recovery time was about 54 and 43 s, respectively. The response magnitude of PbS prepared with Na<inf>2</inf>S at 80 °C was about 301 to NH<inf>3</inf> at operating voltage 5 V. The response and recovery time was about 46 and 67 s, respectively. The influence of the working temperature and operating voltage on the sensor response was also studied. The sensing mechanism of the sensor was discussed. ©2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
目的:研究菝葜水提醇沉物及其膜分离物对急性、慢性炎症的抗炎作用.方法:采用蛋清致足肿胀、甲醛致足肿胀、二甲苯致耳肿胀和醋酸致腹膜炎模型对菝葜不同提取物对急性、早期炎症的抗炎作用进行了研究.结果:在100g·生药/kg剂量下,提取物能显著降低蛋清诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀程度,明显抑制甲醛诱导的小鼠足肿胀程度、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高和二甲苯诱导的耳廓肿胀,对炎症晚期(慢性炎症)也有一定的抑制作用.结论:菝葜对急性、早期炎症具有明显的抗炎作用,对炎症晚期(慢性炎症)也有一定的抑制作用.

分光光度法测定马铃薯淀粉中锌的研究

摘要:
研究了以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为表面活性剂,使显色剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)与Zn^2+产生显色反应,通过采用分光光度计测定吸光值以确定Zn^2+含量。结果表明:当pH值为9.2时,最大吸收波长为595nm,表观摩尔系数为ε595nm=4.12×10^4L/(mol·cm),Zn^2+浓度在0~30μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。该方法可以简单、快捷地用于马铃薯淀粉中微量锌的测定。

摘要:
Corrosion behavior of reinforced bar in concrete was studied by simulating the 4×4 array wire-beam electrode in this paper. These reinforced concretes have been coated respectively in different ways: blank, iron wire with coating resin in surface, concrete with coating resin in surface. By measuring open-circuit potential of iron wire, the impact of different ways of coating were studied on the corrosion of concrete. The result showed that it is the best protection way to coat resin on the surface of concrete, which keep the open-circuit potential within the passivation range all the time, so as to ensure the integrity of the passivation membrane.

摘要:
Supported by geographical information system, using Costanza method and referring to terrestrial ecosystem service value in China, the influence of land use and land cover change (LUCC) between 1980 and 2000 on ecosystem service value in the up and middle reaches of Dongting Lake basin was analyzed in this study. The results showed that the estimated value of ecosystem services decreased 8.416 9×10~8 CNY over a 21-year period, and the main reasons were that the land for forest use was exploited for cropland and construction land use in study area. Further analysis results showed that the value of single ecosystem service function such as gas regulation, climate regulation, soil formation and conservation, biodiversity conservation, raw materials as well as recreation decreased significantly; and that of provision of water conservation, waste treatment and food production increased obviously in the area. The results of coefficient sensitivity analysis indicated that these estimates were reliable.

摘要:
Two Schiff base compounds, 2-[(3-dimethylaminopropylimino)methyl]phenol (L1) and 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(3-methylaminopropylimino)methyl]phenol (L2), react with zinc bromide in methanol solutions, respectively, to give two mononuclear complexes, [ZnBr2L1] (1) and [ZnBr2L2]· 0.5H2O (2). Both complexes were characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. X-ray crystallography indicates that the Zn atom in each complex is in a tetrahedral coordination.

白术多糖对大鼠脑缺血再灌注期炎症反应的影响

摘要:
目的:探讨局灶性脑缺血再灌注早期应用白术多糖治疗对脑组织炎症反应的影响.方法:采用大脑中动脉线栓/再灌注模型,84只雄性Sprague Dawley大鼠随机分为对照组、再灌注组、蒸馏水组及白术多糖组,每组再根据不同再灌注时间随机分为3个亚组,取各组动物脑缺血区组织,分别检测其髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性,做细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)免疫组化染色,光镜下计数ICAM-1阳性血管数.结果:白术多糖组各时间点ICAM-1阳性缸管数均明显少于再灌注组及蒸馏水组相应时间点(p<0.01).白术多糖组各时间点MPO活性均明显低于再灌注组及蒸馏水组相应时间点(p<0.01).结论:再灌注早期小剂量应用白术多糖能明显减少缺血区中性粒细胞浸润及ICAM-1的表达,有助于改善炎症反应引起的再灌注损伤.

摘要:
Polyethylenimine (PEI) is a type of cationic polymer which is efficient in DNA transfer. The characters of PEI binding to bovine serum albumin and human serum albumin (HSA) were described by fluorescence quenching, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. The fluorescence quenching results showed that the binding processes occurred on the surface of the protein molecules. The accurate binding constants between PEI and the two proteins were obtained by SPR spectroscopy. The CD spectra results showed that the confirmations of the two proteins were affected with the addition of PEI.

摘要:
An optimized synthesis route of CdSe quantum dots (QDs) in an aqueous solution was obtained. The shape, crystal structure and optical property of CdSe QDs were also characterized by XRD, UV-Vis and TEM. The result showed that the high-quality cubic CdSe QDs with 3 nm was obtained. The mechanisms about the influence factors were also presented. © 2009 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
Lignocellulose biomass is the new ideal feedstock for ethanol production as the renewable liquid fuel for transportation. The pivotal step of ethanol production from lignocellulose is the degradation of lignocellulosic materials to monomeric sugars through the concerted action of cellulolytic enzymes. In order to search for more efficient lignocellulose-degrading microorganisms and their enzymes, strains from humus soil samples of Gaoligong Mountains State Nature Reserve, Yunnan province, China, were isolated and purified. One of the fungal isolates YT01, with very high lignocellulose-degrading ratio and velocity, was identified as Pe´nicillium expansum. It metabolized numerous saccharides and polysaccharides, removed much of the holdbacks of lignin and hemicellulose for cellulose hydrolysis. YT01 had activity from multiple extracellular polysaccharidedegrading enzymes, including one xylanase (64 kDa), three endoglucanase (73 kDa, 43 kDa, 40 kDa), one exoglucanase (38 kDa) and one α-glucosidase (57.8 kDa). In this paper, the results showed that 69.32% cellulose, 78.66% hemicellulose and 66.22% lignin of un-pretreated rice straw were degraded after 4 days fermentation of YT01, which were much higher than the relative activities of control strains demonstrated in other reports. Ammonia metallurgy has the merits of a high leaching rate, good selectivity,easy purification process, so it was still studied in a great area.However, the many studies did not discover the rules of the equilibrium solubility of copper in the system of Cu-NH4Cl-H2O; It often supposed the concentration of Cu2 +, Cl-and NH3 were certain values.And the method of construction of (φ)-pH figure is not suitable in this system studying, because the potential of the system is actually a constant.

摘要:
目的 研究甘草次酸(GA)对中药活性成分与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)结合的影响.方法 利用多种光谱技术和毛细管电泳前沿分析方法测定,用Stern-Volmer方程和Scatchard plot等对数据进行处理.结果 得到甘草次酸与BSA的结合常数、位点数等结合特征,中药活性成分与BSA结合的常数和甘草次酸对这些成分结合常数的影响.结论 甘草次酸与牛血清蛋白有高、低两类结合位点,总的结合位点数为8,蛋白与GA浓度之比为0.38时,结合率已高达95%.GA使中药活性成分与牛血清蛋白的结合常数下降最大达67%,可能对它们的药理作用产生影响.
