摘要:
Three-dimensional (3D) sea-urchin-like TiO<inf>2</inf> microspheres were successfully synthesised by solvothermal method. The effects of preparation parameters including reaction temperature, concentration and mass fraction of precursor, and solvent volume on the microstructure of the microspheres were investigated. Results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the preparation parameters played a critical role in the morphology of 3D sea-urchin-like TiO<inf>2</inf>. In addition, when the sea-urchin-like TiO<inf>2</inf> nanostructures were used as the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) anode, the power-conversion efficiency was higher than that of other morphologies, which was due to the special 3D hierarchical nanostructure, large specific surface area, and enhanced absorption of UV-vis of the TiO<inf>2</inf> nanostructures. ©2015 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
Highly ordered mesoporous CeO2-TiO2-ZrO2 was prepared by using Pluronic F127 as the template from the evaporation-induced self assembly (EISA). SO42-/CeO2-TiO2-ZrO2 solid acid catalyst was obtained by immersing CeO2-TiO2-ZrO2 in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4. The prepared catalyst was characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and BET surface area. The small-angle XRD and TEM measurements reveal the catalyst possess two-dimensional mesostructure with large-domain regularity. BET surface area measurements show large surface area (160.8 m(2)/g) and pore volume (0.31043 m(3)/g). These meso-structured solid superacid catalyst was used for acetylation of glycerol with acetic acid. The effect of various parameters such as reaction temperature, molar ratio of acetic acid to glycerol, and the amount of catalyst were studied over the SO42-/CeO2-TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst to optimize the reaction conditions.

Three-dimensional (3D) sea-urchin-like hierarchical TiO<inf>2</inf> microspheres were synthesized by a template-free hydrothermal method. The effects of preparation parameters on the microstructure of 3D sea-urchin-like hierarchical TiO<inf>2</inf> were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller technologies. The growth mechanism and photocatalytic activity of 3D sea-urchin-like TiO <inf>2</inf> microspheres were discussed. The results of electron microscopy characterizations SEM showed that the microspheres were consisted of numerous one-dimensional (1D) nanorods. A three-step growth model: oxygenated to be 1D nanorods, self-assembly and protonation, was proposed to illustrate the growth mechanism of sea-urchin-like structures. The synthesized 3D sea-urchin-like hierarchical TiO<inf>2</inf> microspheres exhibited a better photocatalytic activity for photodegradation of rhodamine B under sunlight irradiation compared to that of P25, which was attributed to the special 3D hierarchical nanostructure, the increased number of surface active sites and anatase crystal structure. ©2014 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

摘要:
Polysaccharides, one of the most important constituents in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, a famous Chinese medicinal herb, were isolated by DEAE-52, Sepharose 4B and Sephacryl S-300 column chromatography. Two polysaccharides (PMP-1 and PMP-2) were identified as homogeneous in molecular weight with HPLC. The molecular weights were 4.8 × 102 and 6.1 × 10 2 kDa, respectively. Antioxidant activity tests were performed with two polysaccharides at concentrations of 0.1-1.5 mg/mL. The results indicated that the inhibitory activity on oxidation and glycation exhibited a dose-dependent response. PMP-2 exhibited a much stronger antioxidant capacity against free radical, lipid oxidation and protein glycation. The IC50 values of PMP-2 were 0.47, 0.6 and 0.93 mg/mL for superoxide anion scavenging, hydroxyl radical scavenging, and hydroxyl peroxide scavenging, respectively. The inhibitory ability of PMP-2 on lipid oxidation was most markedly in rat liver, followed by heart and kidney. Meanwhile, PMP-2 also showed satisfactory suppression of AGEs formation. This suggested that the polysaccharides present in PM can contribute to the biological effects. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
This paper we take eight water oxygen zirconium chloride as the source of zirconium and polyethylene glycol 20000 as the template agent to acquire WO3/ZrO2,SO4 2-/ZrO2,MoO3/ZrO2,B2O3/ZrO2 and a series of mesoporous solid super acid by using precipitation,and precipitation-impregnation.According to the tests of SEM,TEM,XRD,BET,it shows that these four kinds of catalysts all have certain morphology and relatively ordered mesoporous structures.WO3/ZrO2,which is among the products,has a specific surface area of 80.1772 m2/g,an aperture of 15.96055 nm and a pore volume of 0.252530 cm3/g.At the meantime,these mesoporous solid acid can be used as catalysts into the study of the synthesis of tert-butyl ether glycerin which is formed by the reaction of glycerin and tert-butyl alcohol under a certain conditions.The results showed that if the conditions of the reaction is at glycerin: chloroform = 1:4,temperature is 85oC load 20%,catalyst dosage is 1.14 g,9 h,we can reach the best reaction selectivity and conversion rate,which are respectively 95%and 45%.

摘要:
Flammability in esters is one of the most important features for preparation, storage, safe processing, handling and shipping of a substance. In this study, a new accurate group contribution-based method was presented for estimation of the flash points of ester compounds. The predicted flash points for a dataset of 80 esters were in good agreement with the experimental values. The obtained results showed the squared correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.9902, root mean square error (RMS) of 5.371K, and average absolute relative deviation (AARD) of 1.22% for the experimental values. To propose a predictive model, 30 ester compounds in testing set were investigated. The average percent error of 1.96% for the predicted flash point of the investigated compounds was found from the corresponding experimental values. The established model was validated and tested through the use of leave-one-out cross validation method, Y-randomization and applicability domain analysis. The results demonstrated the improved accuracy of the presented method with respect to previously proposed methods in open literatures. Therefore, the model can be well used to predict the flash points of a wide range of ester compounds, which is an accurate method for potential application. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Sea urchin-like zinc oxide (ZnO) micro/nanostructures were fabricated via a simple soft template method. In the single ammonia system, the template was H<inf>2</inf> gas bubbles generated by NaBH<inf>4</inf>. The morphology, crystalline structure, elements and the photoelectric properties of the as-prepared ZnO were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and photocurrent-voltage measurements. The results demonstrated that the ZnO prepared in 25% ammonia and 48 mmol NaBH<inf>4</inf> at 120 °C for 3 h had pure and the best 3-D sea urchin-like micro/nanostructures and high crystalline with hexagonal structure. Compared to ZnO nanorod arrays, the as-prepared ZnO showed preferable photoelectric properties as the anode of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), among which the efficiency of power conversion (η) was increased by 51.05%. It can be attributed to the special geometric morphologies. Moreover, a new multistep mechanism was proposed to illustrate how to form such a structure by this simple soft template method, which can provide a theoretical basis for the fabrication of 3-D materials. ©2014 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
Structural and functional properties of fish protein hydrolysates with different degrees of hydrolysis (DH) from surimi processing by-products, prepared by Protamex and Alcalase, were evaluated. As the DH increased, the zeta potentials of the hydrolysates increased (p > 0.05). The surface hydrophobicity of the hydrolysates was significantly affected by DH (p < 0.05). A wide variety of peptides were obtained after hydrolysis by Protamex and Alcalase. The hydrolysate with DH 10%, prepared by Protamex, contained more large protein molecules than did the others. Hydrolysis by both enzymes increased solubility to more than 65% over a wide pH range (pH 2-10). The interfacial activities of hydrolysates decreased with increasing DH (p < 0.05). The hydrolysate with DH 10%, prepared by Protamex, exhibited the best interfacial properties among all of the samples. Thermal properties were also affected by the hydrolysis. The results reveal that structures and functionalities of the hydrolysates were determined both by DH and enzyme type employed. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The novel electro-negativity topological descriptors of YC, WC were derived from molecular structure by equilibrium electro-negativity of atom and relative bond length of molecule. The quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPR) between descriptors of YC, WC as well as path number parameter P3 and the normal boiling points of 80 alkanes, 65 unsaturated hydrocarbons and 70 alcohols were obtained separately. The high-quality prediction models were evidenced by coefficient of determination (R<sup>2</sup>), the standard error (S), average absolute errors (AAE) and predictive parameters (Q <inf>ext</inf><sup>2</sup>, R<sup>2</sup><inf>V</inf>, R<sup>2</sup> <inf>m</inf>). According to the regression equations, the influences of the length of carbon backbone, the size, the degree of branching of a molecule and the role of functional groups on the normal boiling point were analyzed. Comparison results with reference models demonstrated that novel topological descriptors based on the equilibrium electro-negativity of atom and the relative bond length were useful molecular descriptors for predicting the normal boiling points of organic compounds. ©2013 Elsevier Ltd. As a two-dimensional carbon material, graphene possesses unique physicochemical properties, which has provided useful applications to the development of electrochemical sensors. In the present work, we used graphene oxide as the electrode material, on which double-stranded DNA was effectively immobilized. The electrochemical experimental results indicated that the electrochemical response of DNA on the electrode was dramatically increased by graphene oxide which facilitates the electron transfer between DNA and electrode. While hydroquinone, a typical environmental pollutant, was present in the electrolytic solution, the electrochemical response of DNA on the graphene oxide electrode was decreased, owing to the interaction of hydroquinone with DNA. Accordingly, the DNA-immobilized graphene oxide electrode was developed as the electrochemical biosensor for the monitoring of hydroquinone. Under optimal condition, the as-prepared electrochemical biosensor showed a linear response to hydroquinone in the concentration range from 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-4 mol/L. The proposed electrochemical biosensor is promising for environmental monitoring.

摘要:
Measurement and analysis of the heat effects by electrochemical calorimetry play an important role in lithium-ion cell safety. In order to disclose thermal behaviors of LiFePO4 used in lithium-ion cell, an eight-channel micro-calorimeter combined with battery test system were employed in this study. The results show that the specific capacity and the amount of heat were strongly affected by operating temperature and charge-discharge rate. The specific capacity and the amount of heat are linear with the current and temperature. With the increase of current and temperature, the specific capacity decreased and the amount of heat increased. At low rate (0.1 C, 0.2 C), the cell has a smaller polarization and a better reversibility, both reversible and irreversible heat contribute to the overall heat production, while irreversible heat dominates the overall heat production when the cell cycles at high rate (0.5 C, 1.0 C). From the comparison of thermal behavior at target temperature (30 degrees C, 40 degrees C, 50 degrees C), a pronounced exothermic thermal behavior was observed during charge-discharge process in the high current region (0.5 C, 1.0 C) at elevated temperature. These suggest that appropriate current and temperature for battery should be choose in order to avoid safety problem, which initiated by internal heat accumulation of battery, and experimental thermo-electrochemical data for LiFePO4 cell should be included in thermal modeling. 分别用溶剂蒸发诱导自组装(EISA)方法及溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有大孔/介孔结构的Al_2O_3-TiO_2复合氧化物材料。X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,复合物中TiO_2与Al_2O_3的相互作用改变了晶型的转变温度,提升了TiO_2的晶型转变温度,从而提高了其热稳定性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析结果表明,EISA方法合成的材料具有更利于活性成分负载的三维连续大孔结构。

摘要:
Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to study the effect of enzyme to substrate ratio (11.8-23.6 U α-amylase/g rice starch), hydrolysis temperature (90-100°C) and pH value (6.0-6.6) on the gel strength of rice starches-based fat substitute using α-amylase hydrolysis. The optimum conditions obtained from response surface analysis was 16.52 U/g enzyme dosage, 92°C hydrolysis temperature while the influence of pH was found insignificant in the range tested. Under these optimum conditions, the gel strength of this fat substitute was 113 g/cm<sup>2</sup>, very close to the gel strength of butter of 114 g/cm<sup>2</sup>, while the solubility of the substitute was 1.33 ±0.01% and the swelling power 4.85 ±0.02. There were no observable differences in the granular size distribution between the untreated rice starch and the hydrolyzed rice starch. Rheological properties of this rice starch-based fat substitute implied that it is easier for the substitute to form three-dimensional networks under 34°C. Copyright ©2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. 摘要:
用共沉淀法制备了Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂,考察了Cu/Cr/Zn比、沉淀温度、沉淀时pH值、煅烧温度等制备条件对甘油制备羟基丙酮的影响,并对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:共沉淀法制备Cu-Cr-Zn催化剂具有较高的催化活性,而且其稳定性和再生能力较好,适宜催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Cr/Zn比为1∶1∶0.5,沉淀温度为70℃,沉淀时pH值为8.0,煅烧温度为400℃,羟基丙酮的选择性可达到90.2%。

基于分子图论提出了一种用于表征咪唑啉衍生物分子局部化学微环境及原子杂化状态的新颖结构描述子,即电性连接性指数0Kv、1 Kv和咪唑啉环非氢原子平衡总电荷分数MCI,用于研究15种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂抗CO_2、H_2S腐蚀性能的定量构效关系。结果表明,模型计算值、留一法交互检验预测值的复相关系数分别为0.9764、0.9546,所建模型具有良好的稳定性和外部预测能力;同多元回归方法比较,运用人工神经网络法的复相关系数为0.9848,结果更精确;增加咪唑啉环上取代基长度、减小分子的支化度和降低咪唑环非氢原子平衡总电荷分数能显著提高咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率。

摘要:
The heat effects of lithium-ion battery cathode could substantially affect the safety and attenuate lifetime of lithium-ion battery. In order to disclose the thermo-electrochemical behaviors of LiFePO4 battery during charge-discharge process at various rates at 30°, electrochemical-calorimetric measurements were employed in this study. The results showed that LiFePO 4 battery had a smaller polarization and a better reversibility at low rate (0.1C, 0.2C, 0.5C). With the increasing of the rate structure of cathode material LiFePO 4 was partially destroyed and impurities, like Li 3PO 4 and FeP 2, appeared at rate 1.0C and 2.0C. Formation of these impurities resulted in electrochemical performance deterioration of battery. The charge-discharge process of LiFePO 4 battery accompanied exothermic process and endothermic process at low rate (0.1C, 0.2C). When the rate increased to 1.0C, only exothermic phenomena existed. With the rate increasing heat production rate and the enthalpy change during charge-discharge process of LiFePO 4 battery increased. These suggest that appropriate rate for battery should be choose in order to avoid safety problem, which initiated by internal heat accumulation of battery. © 2012 by ESG.

A novel quantitative structure-property relationship (QSPR) model for estimating the solution surface tension of 92 organic compounds at 20 °C was developed based on newly introduced atom-type topological indices. The data set contained non-polar and polar liquids, and saturated and unsaturated compounds. The regression analysis shows that excellent result is obtained with multiple linear regression. The predictive power of the proposed model was discussed using the leave-one-out (LOO) cross-validated (CV) method. The correlation coefficient (R) and the leave-one-out cross-validation correlation coefficient (R <inf>CV</inf>) of multiple linear regression model are 0.991 4 and 0.991 3, respectively. The new model gives the average absolute relative deviation of 1.81% for 92 substances. The result demonstrates that novel topological indices based on the equilibrium electro-negativity of atom and the relative bond length are useful model parameters for QSPR analysis of compounds. ©2012 Central South University Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
