On the basis of references, bending of non-homogeneous variable thickness Timoshenko continuous beams considering the effect of transverse shear deformation is solved by using 'the stepped reduction method' suggested in, in this paper. And the analytical solution expressed in initial parameters is obtained by introducing boundary conditions. Finally. the problem is changed into solving a set of two orders linear algebraic equations.
