摘要:
Along with the development and construction of smart grid and smart substation, the research on the electronic current transformer develops deeply. In order to achieve the measuring requirements of high accuracy and broad range, a new design of combined electronic transformer is proposed in this paper based on the analysis of current technology; the waveform smooth algorithm is adopted to solve the skipping problem which may occur at the time of data switch. At the end, MATLAB Simulations verify the feasibility of the algorithm. This paper will be helpful in the design of combined electronic current transformer.

摘要:
A traveling wave fault location method for combined transmission lines based on search algorithm of pre-value look-table is presented. In this method, it tries to practice upon the time difference of fault induced initial traveling wave detected at the two ends of lines and the default time mid-point for the search direction, then the fault section is determined through comparing with the time difference between the arrival time of each overhead line and underground cable connection point. Thus the fault point is calculated by the double ended fault location formula. Based on this, an recloser control scheme is used: recloser signal is locked when cable fault happens, otherwise, be opened. EMTP simulation results show that, this method can determine the accurate fault location, the error is no more than 50m. It is unaffected by transition resistance, fault type and fault location, can precisely realize smart re-closing and be strong practical.

摘要:
Close-in Short-circuit is one of the most severe fault of the main transformer. It can cause insulation damaged, winding deformation and even completely damaged. So, how to control the influence of the near-range Short-circuit on a running transformer is the most important problem in the power system now. In this paper, its mechanism and influence to transformer has analyzed, and the technical approach to improve this trouble has been presented with the typical example of fault.

摘要:
Abstract:This paper analyses characteristics of single-phase ground fault in distribution system. Now, most of the line selection methods have some limitations, which leads to the low accuracy of the fault line selection. In order to solve above problems, make use of the matlab software in this article to simulate and analyze the isolated neutral system and resonance neutral earthing system when they occur single-phase ground fault. Finally, the new method based on first half wave method and increment of residual current to improve the accuracy of fault line selection is proposed.
