摘要:
Neutral-point non-effectively grounded system is used in the wind farm with complex structure, high cost, wide distribution and higher capacitance current. This paper presents an arc-suppression method for the neutral non-effective grounding system-voltage arc-suppression method. A reactor is directly connected to the fault bus and ground. The voltage of the reactor is used to suppress the voltage of the fault phase, to make sure it become much smaller than the amplitude of electric strength recovery, undermine the arc renewed mechanism, and remove the arc grounding. Simulation result in the paper verifies the validity and advantages of the method and it is not affected by grounding current, eliminating the complex track and compensation calculation. Arc-suppression method is simple. Especially suitable for system with high capacity current,such as cables wind farms.

摘要:
Traditional double-terminal travelling wave protection schemes are unable to satisfy the requirement of power systems stability and economy. In order to solve these problems for extra high voltage (EHV) transmission lines protection, a novel non-unit transient protection based on HHT energy spectrum is developed. The travelling-wave characteristics between internal faults and external faults are analysed. The main difference is that the travelling wave high frequency components energy caused by the internal faults is larger than that caused by the external faults due to the influences of line trap and bus-to-ground capacitance. Intrinsic mode functions (IMF) of travelling wave are extracted by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD). And then Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is utilised to calculate the corresponding instantaneous frequency of each IMF component to obtain energy spectrum. Finally, the energy spectrum is applied to distinguish the internal and external fault. EMTP simulation results show that, under different fault conditions, the novel scheme can distinguish reliably the internal faults from external faults and protect the whole transmission line with high sensitivity.

This paper introduces a clock synchronization technology based on PTP (IEEE 1588) by first elaborating on the IEEE 1588 solutions, then analyzing the deficiencies in the conventional system and traveling wave location base on GPS, and finally proposing an application scheme. the method is benefit for improving the accuracy of traveling wave location system.

摘要:
Because of the traditional K-medoids clustering algorithm the initial clustering center sensitive, the global search ability is poor, easily trapped into local optimal and slow convergent speed; therefore, this article proposes an improved K-medoids clustering algorithm. Differential evolution is a kind of heuristic global search technology population, has strong robustness. Combined with K-medoids clustering algorithm efficiency and the global optimization ability of DE algorithm, not only can effectively overcome the detects of the K-medoids clustering algorithm, but also can raise the global search capability, short the convergence time, effectively improve the clustering quality. Finally, the algorithm is verified stability and robustness by simulation.

摘要:
A new concept of word-cell is introduced. It evolves from the concepts of footprint of uncertainty (FOU) of interval type-2 fuzzy set and sets-as-points geometric view of fuzzy sets. The word-cell can be graphically illustrated in the fuzzy hypercube as certain type of an information granule. Based on the construction approach of word-cell, some properties are discussed. The further understanding of word-cell may help us to use fuzzy sets as linguistic terms (word) for the numerically studying of linguistic dynamic systems(LDS).
