摘要:
That the control objectives of active power filter are diversified is an import measure to improve application efficiency of active power filter. This paper puts forward a new referenced signal detection method based on generalized orthogonal transformation, and expatiates of the basic theory of generalized orthogonal transformation and detection principles and their realization methods of all kinds of referenced signals. Finally, simulative results are given. Theory analysis and simulative results show validity of the proposed detection method.

摘要:
For the influence from the randomness of wind power output to the system operation, a model, which achieves the spinning reserve in wind power integrated system, is studied. With the modeling idea about combining power generation plan and reserve plan, minimizing the total cost of power production and spinning reserve as an objective, conditional value-at-risk is presented in this paper. Under regarding the conditional value at risk of up/down spinning reserve as security constraints, the impact from the randomness of wind power to the system can be quantitated effectively. The CVaR value of up/down spinning reserve in the system is calculated by Monte Carlo simulation and analysis method, a measurement analysis aimed at economic cost and the reserve capacity under different confidence levels and wind power output is carried out. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed method and provide a new reference model for the calculation of spinning reserve capacity in wind power integrated system.

摘要:
Active power filter is a widely used harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation, it can on the smart grid in the harmonic and reactive to better dynamic compensation. This paper analyzes the parallel active power filter compensation principle, the use of DC voltage loop control that contains the ip-iq method for the detection of smart grid command current and fixed delay loop current tracking control method for shunt APF current tracking control using Matlab / Simulink simulation model build and control the angle from a different instance of simulation. The simulation results shows that different nonlinear load thyristor firing angle, fixed delay loop current tracking control can be effective in real-time tracking control, real-time simulation model system can detect the operation command contained in the current system, and effective compensation, to achieve the desired results.

摘要:
power distribution network usually have many overhead-lines and cables, fault location for lines mixed with overhead line and cable is very important. The framework of distributed line is radical, so the method of single terminal fault location is necessary. But, if the traditional power cable fault location method is applied to power cable and overhead line power network, the accuracy of fault location will be affected by the following two questions. Firstly, traveling wave generated by fault will produce reflection and refraction in the power cables and overhead lines connected nodes and this process of reflection and refraction is very complex, as a result traveling wave crest is difficult to detect; secondly,the reflection wave from fault point is difficult to distinguish. In order to solve this problem, a method of a HHT based single terminal traveling wave fault location for lines combined with overhead-lines and cables is proposed in the paper.
