电絮凝处理补给水中有机物的动力学分析及响应面优化

摘要:
锅炉补给水中有机物的去除问题一直困扰着电厂化学工作者。采用电絮凝去除补给水中的有机物,并对其动力学过程进行研究,探讨电絮凝过程中板间距(0.5、1.0、1.5、 2.0、2.5、3.0cm)、pH (3、5、7、9、11)和电流密度(5、10、 20、50、70、100A·m~(-2))对反应动力学速率常数的影响,通过Box-Behnken设计建立二次数学模型,以给水中代表性有机物腐植酸的去除率为响应值,分析上述3个因素的影响程度;通过对数学模型进行方差分析,优选出最佳方案并进行验证试验,同时对絮凝体进行扫描电镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)分析。结果表明,电絮凝去除腐植酸过程符合一级反应动力学,动力学常数为0.04154min-1;增大板间距(如2.0cm)、酸性条件(如pH=3)和较大电流密度(如100A·m~(-2))均会增大速率常数;二次数学模型能较好反映电絮凝去除腐植酸过程,相关系数为0.9618;在最佳条件下腐植酸去除率为96.53%。SEM分析表明,电絮凝反应产生疏松的絮凝体吸附了腐植酸,为去除锅炉补给水中的有机物提供了一种新的思路。

摘要:
In this study, Bi2WO6 was used as carrier and the core-shell MOF-5/Bi2WO6 (MOF-5/BWO) photocatalyst was prepared successfully by a two-step hydrothermal method for the first time. The easily hydrolyzed MOF-5 was compounded with flower-like Bi2WO6, and the hydrolyzed sheet-like MOF-5 was evenly wrapped on the surface of flower-like Bi2WO6. A type-Ⅰheterojunction photocatalytic reaction mechanism was proposed, ·O2− and h+ were the main active substances in the photocatalysis process. Compare with Bi2WO6, 9% MOF-5/BWO has the best degradation activity, and the photocatalytic degradation of RhB can reach 99.31% in 30 min, which is 2.16 times than pure Bi2WO6. It can be proved by XPS that the enhanced visible light performance of the composite is due to the photogenerated electrons and holes of MOF-5 flow to the conduction band and valence band of the flower-shaped Bi2WO6, reducing the recombination rate of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. Compared with the flower-shaped Bi2WO6, the specific surface area of composite was also improved, increasing the contact between the active sites and the dye molecules on the Bi2WO6 nanosheets. In addition, the cycle experiment shows that composite material has excellent stability. © 2022 Elsevier Inc.

复合添加不同类型抗氧化剂对变压器油纸热老化性能的影响

摘要:
随着超高压变压器负荷容量不断升级,如何提高变压器油在高温运行下的氧化安定性一直受到业内关注。为研究高温下不同类型抗氧化剂对变压器油纸理化性能的影响,向环烷基基础油、普通牛皮纸组成的绝缘体系中分别添加酚型抗氧剂T501、胺型抗氧剂T531、T501+T531混合物,在130 ℃下进行热老化实验,定期测定油样酸值、介质损耗因数、羰基指数和糠醛含量,同时检测绝缘纸聚合度并进行能量色散X射线谱(EDS)分析。结果表明:130 ℃下,抗氧化剂T501在变压器油老化前期抗氧化效果较好,随着老化时间的延长,氧化产物分解会加速油纸劣化;复合添加抗氧化剂T501与T531,油纸各项性能指标比较稳定,变压器油耐热稳定性增强。该结论可以为变压器油用耐高温型抗氧化剂的选择提供参考。

摘要:
The design of catalytic materials for NOX removal by the selective catalytic reduction with NH3 (NH3-SCR) has been a focus of research in the field of waste gas treatment. In this work, pitch-based activated carbon fibers (ACFs) were impregnated with copper nitrate and cerium nitrate, and then the ACFs that were loaded with bimetallic nanoparticles (ACF@Cu/Ce) were obtained after the pyrolyzation and reduction were performed. Moreover, the ACF@Cu/Ce were furtherly treated through the chemical vapor deposition and NH3 activation, through which the N-doped carbon nanofibers (N-CNFs) were grown on the surface of the ACFs. Thus, the catalytic material with a multi-dimensional metal nanoparticle distribution and nitrogen-rich network structure, namely the N-CNF/ACF@Cu/Ce, was constructed. In the NH3-SCR reaction, the NO conversion of the N-CNF/ACF@Cu/Ce could be maintained at about 72~81% in a wide temperature window of 295~495 °C, which enabled the N-CNF/ACF@Cu/Ce to meet the requirements of the practical applications. © 2022 by the authors.

摘要:
The effect of critical plasma spray parameters (CPSP) on the phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of a plasma-sprayed YSZ-20 wt%LSM coating was investigated. With the CPSP value ranging from 0.83 to 1.17, the average porosity of the composite coating was gradually reduced from 19.22 ± 0.72 to 11.95 ± 0.32%, resulting in the improvement of bonding strength from 9.1 ± 0.26 to 11.58 ± 0.15 MPa. Relatively, due to the decrease of the porosity of coating, the compressive residual stress was augmented from − 66.13 ± 2.23 to − 128.69 ± 2.02 MPa with the CPSP value increasing from 0.94 to 1.17, while the corresponding fracture toughness was slightly decreased, from 2.11 ± 0.09 to 1.15 ± 0.11 MPa m½. As a result, an apparent change in the mechanical properties of the coating was mainly attributed to the adjustment of the porosity of the coating controlled by the CPSP value, which was beneficial for the modification of the service reliability of the composite coating with a thickness of about 1 mm. © 2022, ASM International.

摘要:
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are essential to photocatalytic degradation of antibiotics in water. In this work, we prepared Ag(3)PO(4)/Bi@Bi(4)Ti(3)O(12) by simple in-situ reduction method and precipitation method, which improves the ability to capture visible light and increases the activity of photoinduced molecular oxygen activation, resulting in reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as superoxide radicals (•O(2)(-)), hydroxyl radicals (•OH), and H(2)O(2). The excellent TC degradation efficiency derive from the SPR effect of the metal Bi on the surface enhances the light absorption intensity, and development of a Z-scheme heterojunction between Ag(3)PO(4) and Bi(4)Ti(3)O(12) promotes the activation of molecular oxygen. A possible photodegradation mechanism of the as-prepared photocatalyst was proposed. This work provides an insight perspective to the synthesis photocatalysts with molecular oxygen activation for environmental remediation.

摘要:
Cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs) are the major DNA photoproducts of thymine-thymine dinucleotides upon ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. Failure in the repair of damaged DNA may lead to DNA replication errors, DNA mutations, and even cell death. Photoreactivation can mediate the repair of UV-induced DNA lesions by photolyases upon UVA (315–400 nm) or blue light (400–500 nm) irradiation. Herein, the UVC (254 nm)-induced DNA damage and photoenzymatic repair of the CPD products were simultaneously monitored by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The UVC-damaged dT20 was first immobilized on the gold electrode, and the specific recognition by the anti-CPD antibody leads to significantly increased EIS signals. The electron transfer resistance (Ret) values were linearly proportional to the concentrations of damaged dT20 ranging from 0.005 to 0.1 μM, and a detection limit of 3.06 nM was achieved. Using surface plasmon resonance, the equilibrium dissociation constant (KD) between the CPDs in dT20 and anti-CPD antibody was estimated to be (3.32 ± 0.31) × 10−12 M, indicating the strong binding affinity. Evidenced by EIS, the CPDs in the damaged dT20 could be repaired by the attached DNA photolyase under UVA (365 nm) photoexcitation, and the detachment of the photolyase from the DNA strand was accomplished after completion of the repair process. The repair efficiency was calculated to be 70.0% by EIS, being consistent with that of 71.4% by UV spectroscopy. The electrochemical method is simple, sensitive and straightforward, holding great potential for assaying other types of DNA lesions and their repair processes. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In this paper, the polymerization of acrolein (A) via UV-mediated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) is reported. The optimization of the experimental conditions of the polymerization is investigated, and it shows that dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate (EBIB) and fluorescein (FL) as catalyst, and [A]0/[EBIB]0/[FL]0 = 200/1/0.1 in the period of 5 h at 47 °C are suitable conditions for the reaction. In this way, the yield of the polymer is 24.5%. The glass transition temperature and melting point of polyacrolein characterized by differential scanning calorimetry are 115.5 °C and 165.7 °C, respectively. At low conversion, the polymerization conforms to be the first-order kinetics reaction. The dependence of polymerization on light source is proved by “on/off” light source experiment. In short, this study opens up a new way for the ATRP of acrolein, and the polyacrolein with abundant aldehyde groups can be used in the fields of biomedical labeling, immobilization carrier and adsorption of organic amines. 摘要:
The synthesis of multi-substituted 1-aminoisoquinolines from aminopyridine pivalamides with alkynes by Rh(III)-catalyzed C-H activation coupling has been investigated. This method proved to be tolerant of synthetically versatile functional groups, and provided access to a few highly substituted isoquinoline derivatives with remarkable fluorescence properties in moderate yields.(c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. 用花生壳制备生物炭(BC),并负载二氧化铈制备了生物炭/铈(BC/Ce O2)复合材料,将其用于去除水体中Cr6+,重点研究了材料投加量、溶液p H值、初始浓度对Cr6+的去除影响。试验结果表明,在改性生物炭BC/Ce O2投加量为0.02 g、反应时间为6 h、Cr6+初始浓度为5 mg/L的条件下,Cr6+的去除率可达到86.50%;在改性生物炭BC/Ce O2投加量为0.05 g、溶液p H值为3、反应时间为6 h、Cr6+初始浓度为10 mg/L的条件下,Cr6+的去除率可达到68.13%;在改性生物炭BC/Ce O2投加量为0.10 g,Cr6+初始溶液浓度分别为2 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、20 mg/L的条件下,经6 h反应,对水体Cr6+的去除率分别为85.17%、76.65%、56.04%、39.30%。活性因子捕获试验结果表明,Cr3+浓度测定试验表明水体中Cr6+除了被吸附,还可通过还原成Cr3+达到去除效果。

本文采用A/O-MBBR工艺一体化设备在长沙市某郊区乡镇生活污水处理厂进行水处理应用试验研究,通过对A/O-MBBR工艺一体化设备每日进出水水质数据的监测和对水处理系统的调试优化,使设备净化出水CODCr、NH3-N、TN、TP、SS、粪大肠杆菌等各项指标均能够满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准的要求,并总结工艺及设备优化经验,为乡镇生活污水处理项目提供参考借鉴。

摘要:
The boron carbide (B4C) nanoparticles doping mesophase pitch (MP) was synthesized by the in-situ doping method with tetrahydrofuran solvent, and the corresponding MP-based carbon fibers (CFs) were successfully prepared through the melt-spinning, stabilization, carbonization and graphitization processes. The structural evolution and properties of boron-containing pitches and fibers in different processes were investigated for exploring the effect of B4C on mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of CFs. The results showed that the B4C was evenly dispersed in pitch fibers to provide active sites of oxygen, resulting in a homogeneous stabilization and ameliorating the split-ting microstructures of CFs. Moreover, the thermal conductivity of B1-MP-CF prepared with 1 wt.% B4C increased to 1051 W/m center dot K, which was much higher than that of B0-MP-CF prepared without B4C (659 W/m center dot K). While the tensile strength of B4C-doped CFs was lower than that of pristine CFs. In addition, a linear relationship equation between the graphite microcrystallite parameter (I-D/I-G) calculated from Raman spectra and the thermal conductivity (lambda) calculated according to the electrical resistivity was found, which was beneficial to understand the thermal properties of CFs. Therefore, the doping B4C nanoparticles in MP did play a significant role in reducing the graphitization temperatures due to the boron catalytic graphitization but decreasing the mechanical properties due to the introduction of impurities.

摘要:
Exploiting a high-efficiency and environmental-protection absorbent to catch organic dyes from aqueous solution is a practical exploration to carry out the vision of Green and Sustainable Development. In this paper, we studied a functionalized porous magnetic cellulose-based ionic liquid adsorbent ([email protected]) to rapidly and vastly uptake anionic dyes. The [email protected] composites consisted of two parts, namely synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles grafted by imidazole ionic liquid and subsequent formation of porous magnetic cellulose microspheres modified by amino-rich polyethyleneimine. The structure of [email protected] was characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, BET, TGA, VSM and FTIR. The adsorption performances of the [email protected] towards anionic dyes were evaluated via the experiments of various influence factors, adsorption kinetics, isotherm and thermodynamics. The maximun adsorption capacities for Congo red (CR) and Methyl blue (MB) reached 1299.3 and 1068.1 mg g−1, respectively, which is better than other similar adsorbents reported in the literature. The adsorption kinetics and isotherm models were well-fitted to pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir isotherm, and the adsorption process followed multiple-stage intraparticle diffusion with spontaneous feature. The adsorbent can be rapidly and easily separated from aqueous solution under external magnetic field. The regeneration performance of the adsorbent is excellent and could be repeatedly used. From the results, the [email protected] adsorbent offers an effective, inexpensive and reusable/sustainable system for removal and remediation of anionic dyes such as CR and MB in dye wastewater. © 2022

摘要:
采用"静电结合与水热法"制备了二氧化钛/氧化石墨烯(TiO2/GO)复合材料,并对该材料的光催化性能进行了研究.以恶臭气体中氨气、硫化氢为代表性气体,通过自制的反应装置,研究了复合材料对它们的光催化性能,探究了 GO掺杂比例、反应时间、紫外灯波长等因素对光催化降解的影响.结果表明:在365 nm紫外灯照射下,GO掺杂量4%的TiO2/GO复合材料去除氨气和硫化氢的效果最佳,去除率分别达96.01%和93.45%.

摘要:
采用水热法成功制备了Bi2MoO6/TiO2/GO复合材料,该材料在可见光照射下对罗丹明B具有高催化活性.可见光照射120 min,TiO2掺杂比为10%,投加量为0.15 g时,Bi2MoO6/TiO2/GO复合材料对罗明丹B光催化降解率达100%.可见光的催化条件和高的催化性能,使Bi2MoO6/TiO2/GO复合材料在环境处理方面具有广阔的应用前景.

摘要:
选用吐温60、聚乙二醇4000与环氧树脂E-44反应合成了水性环氧树脂乳化剂WT6P4,再将其以相反转法乳化制备水性环氧树脂乳液WT6P4-E44。通过红外光谱证实了环氧基与醇羟基发生了反应,生成了醚键亲水基团,探讨了相反转过程的电导率的变化,研究了乳化剂用量、搅拌速度及反应温度对乳液粒径分布和稳定性的影响,采用差示扫描量热法研究WT6P4-E44的固化行为。结果表明:在乳化剂用量为16%,搅拌速度为600 r/min,相反转温度为65℃时的条件下,制得的乳液粒径最小为53 nm,且各项稳定性较好。通过外推法确定固化工艺条件为60℃1 h、100℃2 h以及150℃1 h。

摘要:
A twin-screw extruder was used to extrude pea protein isolate (PPI) hydrated with different moisture content (30, 40, 50, and 60%); natural PPI with a moisture content of 6.84% was used as a control. The impacts of extrusion on PPI's functional properties and structure were then investigated. The results showed that extrusion significantly reduced (P < 0.05) PPI's solubility and foaming capacity. Foam stability of PPI extrudates decreased with increasing moisture content. Compared with natural PPI, the emulsifying activity and emulsifying stability index increased from 18.32 m2/g and 25.98 min to 28.67 m2/g and 39.69 min, respectively. The particle size of all PPI extrudates increased significantly (P < 0.05) with increasing moisture content. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) indicated the conversion of β-sheet and α-helix structures to β-turn and random coil structures. PPI's maximum fluorescence emission wavelength (λmax) was red-shifted in the fluorescence spectrum, demonstrating a change in protein conformation. In summary, extrusion can improve the functional characteristics of PPI. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd
