摘要:
The high occurrence rate of the cardiovascular diseases and the development of proteomics bring the cardio-muscle proteomics. All have already opened a related research one after another at home and abroad currently, but almost of these focuses on the cardiovascular disease, few on sports science. According to the importance of heat in sports, applying cardio-muscle proteomics on sports science is very significant, because it can study the influence of exercise stimulation imposing on cardio muscle proteome during the whole process. According to the present condition, sum up all the known myocardial proteins and give them a classification, sum up the study of myocardial proteins in sports science, sum up and the main problems of the methods and protocols of cardio-muscle proteomics, and put forward the research and the applied foreground of cardio-muscle proteomics in sports science, to provide a reference for workers to study cardio-muscle proteome.

Taijiquan acts as the elite of benefiting our bodies, it has become important part of sport teaching in many universities. Taijiquan is one of the Chinese Traditional martial arts. As an ancient Kongfu, Taiji includes quan, sword, broadsword, spear, push-hand, etc. Especially the push-hand is well known for its tactic and technique, the powerful and aggressive opponent being defeated by a small clever attack or an abrupt explosive power. As an typical artful Chinese Kongfu, hand push has been highly popular with the small and weak people. With the cold-weapon-age fading out, the health-care function of Taiji is increasingly gaining the importance, instead of its former role. According to the scientific research, it can improve our immune system, central nervous system, and strengthen the fitness. But few students like Taijiquan. We create a new method of teaching Taijiquan in this paper, and proved its effectiveness through experiments.

Multimedia network technology is an integral part of to improve the efficiency of teaching, to stimulate students' interest, to cultivate student's innovation capability, to broaden the area of student learning. This paper discussed the relationship between multimedia technology and physical education, and the importance of the application of multimedia technology in physical education. The paper also investigated ideas and total requirements of multimedia courseware design and preparation, and analyzed the deficiencies of courseware design and the corresponding improvement measures.
