摘要:
When fault occurs in power system, traveling electromagnetic waves are initiated and travel along transmission lines. Different traveling wave recorders (TWR) installed in some substations detect these wave fronts and record their arrived time, then sent the time to fault calculation center where the fault position is calculated. In this paper, a network-based fault location algorithm is proposed for the center. It includes the search of shortest propagation path for the traveling wave between any two TWR to the faultpoint, the matching of shortest propagation path between two TWR and the relevant time difference of the recorded traveling wave, and the fusion of fault distance calculated by any two valid times. The algorithm is tested by ATP/EMTP simulation with Hunan 500 kV power grid. Testing results show that the algorithm is with high precision and robustness. Even some TWR in the power system is fault or time record is error, the algorithm can also calculate the fault point exactly, and the fault distance error is no more than 150m. ©2008 IEEE.

摘要:
A new on-line measurement system of dielectric loss angle (δ) with FPGA for high voltage capacitive apparatus is presented in this paper. By using double polarity zero crossing point comparing method for measuring phase difference, system frequency measurement and measurement error adaptive corrected with FPGA is adopted. Tests results show that the measuring system based on FPGA is with higher precision, stability and anti-interference reliability. © 2007 IEEE.

摘要:
在分析单调谐滤波器和双调谐滤波器特性的基础上,提出了一种等效于三组单调谐滤波器的三调谐滤波器,该滤波器由3个电感和3个电容组成;分析了该滤波器的阻抗特性,给出了参数的计算方法,通过额定电压、调谐频率、并联谐振频率和补偿容量等已知数据计算出电感和电容元件的参数;并针对一110kV实际电网,完成三调谐滤波器设计计算、仿真分析和试验测试.结果表明该滤波器有良好的滤波性能,可以同时滤除三种不同频率的谐波,频率误差不超过2Hz,性能优于三组单调谐滤波器,具有基波损耗低、占地小、投资省、只有一个电抗器接受冲击电压、只需要一个开关等优点,适合在电力系统推广应用.

摘要:
针对介质损耗测量在准确度和抗干扰等方面的不足,提出了一种基于注入信号法的介损测量新方法.注入信号法在介损测量中的应用原理是,采用注入信号进行系统自校正,消除装置固有测量误差;采用注入变频信号产生频率可控制的高压测量电源,然后跟踪测量介损角,从而有效地削弱电网工频的干扰,并消除装置的固有测量误差,使介损角δ测量的精确度、稳定性和抗干扰能力显著提高.试验测试结果表明,该方法具有较高的测量准确度和稳定性.

提出了一种双端行波故障测距新方法,该方法利用故障初始行波和两种反射行波到达线路两端的时刻来进行故障定位,有效降低了行波波速的不确定和输电线路长度差异对定位结果的不利影响,提高了定位精度.利用EMTP进行了仿真计算,仿真结果证明了其准确性.

摘要:
双端行波故障定位原理简单,但受行波波速的不确定、输电线路长度差异以及行波波头到达时间记录不准确等因素的影响,容易出现较大的定位误差。在常规双端行波故障定位原理的基础上,提出了一种新型输电线路双端行波故障定位算法,通过记录故障初始行波到达线路两端的时刻、参考端记录的故障点反射行波和对端母线反射行波到达时刻,解方程组得到不受波速和线路弧垂影响的故障定位结果。实际应用结果表明,该算法具有较高的定位精度。

摘要:
介绍了一种新型容性设备介质损耗在线监测系统。通过利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)同时实现测频、测相位差和自校正等功能,可有效消除零点漂移、电网频率波动和通道传输不一致等因素引起的误差;将FPGA和高精度晶振相结合,可大大提高系统的测量精确度;1片FPGA可同时实现多任务,极大地简化了硬件结构。现场测试结果表明,该系统的测量精确度和稳定性比传统检测仪器有很大提高,具有较大的实用和推广价值。

摘要:
针对介质损耗(简称介损)测量在准确度和抗干扰等方面的不足,介绍了一种基于注入信号法的介损在线高精度测量系统。该测量系统采用FPGA产生可变频的注入信号,然后利用注入信号进行系统自校正和产生介损测量信号,再结合双极性过零比较法和信号拟合技术进行介损计算。测试结果表明,该系统可有效削弱电网工频干扰和消除装置的固有测量误差,使介损在线测量的准确性和稳定性显著提高。

在现有的消弧线圈自动调整及故障选线方法的基础上,提出了采用注入信号法测量配电网对地参数(对地电阻和阻尼率)进行消弧线圈调谐及中性点接地阻抗柔性控制,探讨了一种通过改变配电网中性点接地阻抗参数、测量零序电流变化和进行故障选线的方法.产品已通过现场运行,并在全国推广应用,效果良好.

摘要:
Many power distribution systems have been operated with neutral unearthed, high resistance earthed or resonance earthed, they are usually called Ineffectively earthed systems. The ground fault current in the ineffectively earthed systems is usually not more than ten amperes, general over-current relay is difficult to detect the ground fault and isolate the faulted feeder section. Some ground faulted feeder detection schemes have been used by comparing magnitudes or directions of zero sequence currents in all feeders. The schemes need to measure all feeders' currents, and they cannot be implemented on Field Terminal Unit (FTU), which is installed in distribution automation system and can only measure the current of the protected feeder. In order to improve them, some FTU based ground fault protectors are developed by our research group. Among them, the grounding fault protection scheme with fault resistance measuring is presented in this paper. ©2005 IEEE.
