一种简单快速检测乳品中三聚氰胺的电化学方法

摘要:
该文报道了一种基于金银核壳纳米粒子(Au@Ag CS NPs)检测乳品中三聚氰胺的简单、快速电化学方法。通过层层自组装技术将二硫苏糖醇(DTT)、金银核壳纳米粒子(Au@Ag CS NPs)、L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)键合在金表面,形成Au/DTT/Au@Ag CS NPs/L-Cys修饰传感膜。通过电化学阻抗和循环伏安行为探讨了该修饰电极检测三聚氰胺的作用机理,发现其阻抗值与三聚氰胺浓度对数在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-2 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,线性拟合方程为y=1049.7+56.75x,线性相关系数为0.9976,检测限为6.553×10-8 mol/L。该修饰电极选择性和重现性好,用于牛奶样品中三聚氰胺的检测,回收率为98.2%~106.0%,有实际应用价值。

摘要:
The LiBH<inf>4</inf>+ mesoporous Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>(defined as M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>) mono-doped and LiBH<inf>4</inf>+ M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>+ TiF<inf>3</inf>co-doped hybrid materials were prepared by ball milling process. A variety of characterization methods, such as thermogravimetric, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, and pressure-composition-temperature instrument, were used for examinations of the two materials' performances of storage/release of hydrogen, catalytic activity, kinetics, and thermodynamics. All the results showed that the M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>prepared in laboratory exhibited a good catalytic effect. Compared with the performance of M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>mono-doped system, M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>and TiF<inf>3</inf>co-doped mode exhibits a better performance using the same additive content. Thus, the M-Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>and TiF<inf>3</inf>co-doped mode possesses a collaborative catalytic utility with the LiBH<inf>4</inf>hydrogen performance improved, showing a promising application. ©2012 Akade´miai Kiado´, Budapest, Hungary.<br/>

摘要:
A multi-responsive sensor 1 was constructed by combining a ferrocene unit and a rhodamine block via a carbohydrazone bond. The sensor showed high selectivity toward Cu 2+ over other common metal ions in a wide pH range with excellent reversibility and rapid response. The obvious color change from colorless to pink upon the addition of Cu 2+ could make it a suitable 'naked-eye' indicator for Cu 2+ . The detection limit (LOD) obtained was down to 2.0 nM and the association constant (K a ) was evaluated as 4.65 × 10 7 M -1 . The accuracy for detecting Cu 2+ in environmental river water was compared favorably with the traditional atomic absorption spectroscopy method (AAS). Finally, we proposed a reversible ring-opening mechanism (Off-On) of the rhodamine spirolactam induced by Cu 2+ binding and a 2:1 stoichiometric structure between 1 and Cu 2+ . © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
Here a new electrochemical immunoassay platform has been developed for the trace amounts of myelocytomatosis (c-Myc) oncoprotein detection to solve the urgent need for improved early diagnostic tools of cancer. To our knowledge, this is the first electrochemical immunosensor for c-Myc oncoprotein determination by employing gold nanoparticles as labels in a signal enhancement strategy. It is based on a sandwich immunoassay where the target c-Myc oncoprotein (C<inf>Ag</inf>) is captured by the primary c-Myc antibody (C <inf>Ab</inf>) modified on gold substrate, followed by adding another C <inf>Ab</inf> conjugated to gold nanoparticle tags. The proposed sensor shows a linear range between 4.3 pmol L<sup>-1</sup> and 43 nmol L<sup>-1</sup>, with an estimated detection limit of 1.5 pmol L<sup>-1</sup>. The recovery was achieved between 96.2% and 109% in 1% serum samples. This sensitive immunosensor holds great promise for the early diagnostic application of cancer at a curable stage. ©2013 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Several molecule counting methods based on electrochemical characterization of alkanethiol and thiolated single-stranded oligonucleotide (HS-ssDNA) immobilized on gold microplates, which were used as extended gates of field effect transistors (FETs), have been investigated in this paper. The surface density of alkanethiol and DNA monolayers on gold microplates were quantitatively evaluated from the reductive desorption charge by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and fast CV (FCV) methods in strong alkali solution. Typically, the surface density of 6-hydroxy-1-hexanethiol (6-HHT) was evaluated to be 4.639 molecules/nm<sup>2</sup>, and the 28 base-pair dsDNA about 1.226-4.849 molecules/100 nm<sup>2</sup> on Au microplates after post-treatment with 6-HHT. The behaviors on surface potential and capacitance of different aminoalkanethiols on Au microplates were measured in 0.1 mol/L Na <inf>2</inf>SO<inf>4</inf> and 10 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH = 7.4) solutions, indicating that the surface potential increases and the double-layer capacitance decreases with the length of carbon chain increased for the thiol monolayers, which obey a physics relationship for a capacitor. Comparably, a simple sensing method based on the electronic signals of biochemical reaction events on DNA immobilization and hybridization at the Au surface of the extended gate FET (EGFET) was developed, with which the surface density of the hybridized dsDNA on the gold surface of the EGFET was evaluated to be 1.36 molecules per 100 nm<sup>2</sup>, showing that the EGFET is a promising sensing biochip for DNA molecule counting. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. 通过球磨方法制备出2LiBH_4-MgH_2,2LiBH_4-MgH_2-10%Fe_2O_3,2LiBH_4-MgH_2-10%TiF_3,2LiBH_4-MgH_2-5%Fe_2O_3-5%TiF_3和2LiBH_4-MgH_2-10%Fe_2O_3-10%TiF_35个复合氢化物体系,用热重(TG)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和压力-组成-温度仪(PCT)等对所制备体系进行表征。结果表明,Fe_2O_3和TiF_3的掺杂均能够有效地改善2LiBH_4-MgH_2复合体系的放氢性能,尤其是两者共掺杂的2LiBH_4-MgH_2-10%Fe_2O_3-10%TiF_3体系,初始放氢温度为110℃,总放氢量达到约9。6%。对2LiBH_4-MgH_2-5%Fe_2O_3-5%TiF_3体系的PCT表征结果表明,在400℃时,10 min内放氢量达到了8。6%,放氢热力学和放氢动力学均优于单一相的掺杂,体现了两相掺杂的协同催化作用。

设计合成了两种新型的以2-苯基苯并噻唑为荧光团、N-(2-吡啶甲基)胺为识别基团的铁离子荧光分子探针2-(4-N-2-吡啶甲胺基)苯基-1,3-苯并噻唑(A1)和2-(4-N,N双2-吡啶甲胺基)苯基-1,3-苯并噻唑(A2),化合物结构用UV,IR,1HNMR和13CNMR进行了表征,并考察了探针的荧光特性.结果表明荧光分子探针A2在CH3 CH2OH/H-12O(1∶1,V/V)溶液中,能从常见的金属离子中以95%的荧光淬灭率选择性地识别铁离子,对Fe3+线性响应范围在0.15~1.3 μ mol/L之间,且检出限达10 nmol/L.

基于分子图论提出了一种用于表征咪唑啉衍生物分子局部化学微环境及原子杂化状态的新颖结构描述子,即电性连接性指数0Kv、1 Kv和咪唑啉环非氢原子平衡总电荷分数MCI,用于研究15种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂抗CO_2、H_2S腐蚀性能的定量构效关系。结果表明,模型计算值、留一法交互检验预测值的复相关系数分别为0.9764、0.9546,所建模型具有良好的稳定性和外部预测能力;同多元回归方法比较,运用人工神经网络法的复相关系数为0.9848,结果更精确;增加咪唑啉环上取代基长度、减小分子的支化度和降低咪唑环非氢原子平衡总电荷分数能显著提高咪唑啉缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率。

摘要:
The adsorption and electro-oxidation of double stranded (ds) DNA on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs), which was directly grown on graphite electrode, was investigated through potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA), and the influence factors, such as accumulation time, immersion time and DNA concentration, were examined in detail. By using the MWNTs modified electrode, liquiritigenin (4′,7-dihydroxyflavone), which was synthesized in medium strong acid circumstance, was firstly found to cause dsDNA damage in the presence of Cu(II) by observing a new peak at 0.84 V and an increase at 1.06 V in the PSA spectrum when liquiritigenin was introduced into the dsDNA and Cu(II) solution. Liquiritigenin exhibited two conflicting effects, i.e., pro-oxidation and anti-oxidation at its different concentrations in the damage system. Biquinoline and catalase were found to inhibit the dsDNA damage, which showed that Cu(I) and H2O2 participated in the damage process. Piezoelectric quartz crystal impedance (PQCI) analysis was also used to further validate the DNA damage, and the frequency shift was found to be mainly due to the change on density–viscosity of the tested solution which was caused by the degradation of the DNA macromolecules. A possible mechanism of oxidative DNA damage induce by liquiritigenin in the presence of Cu(II) on multi-walled carbon nanotubes was proposed.

摘要:
A simple gold plate electrode (GPE) based on a gadolinium-doped titanium dioxide (Gd/TiO2) ultrathin film was successfully constructed by using a surface sol-gel technique, and used for the detection of trace amounts of nitrite in cured foods. The Gd/TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesised and characterised via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), indicating that the Gd-doped TiO2 formed an anatase phase through roasting at 450°C, generating actively interstitial oxygen at the interface of the surface of TiO2 lattice surrounded by Gd3+. The electro-catalytic effect for oxidation of nitrite on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry in 0.10 mol l-1 sulfuric acid media solution, showing that the modified electrode exhibited excellent response performance to nitrite with good reproducibility, selectivity and stability. The catalytic peak current was found to be linear with nitrite concentrations in the range of 8.0 × 10-7 to 4.0 × 10-4 mol l-1, with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10-7mol l-1 (S/N = 3). The modified electrode could be used for the determination of nitrite in the cured sausage samples with a satisfactory recovery in the range of 95.5-104%, showing its promising application for food safety monitoring. © 2012 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
通过测量混合电位和考察催化化学镀铜效果,研究了超声波对盐基胶体钯活性及稳定性的影响。结果表明,超声波作用时间为0~20 min时,随着超声时间的增加,配置的胶体钯活化液的诱导时间缩短,活性增加,镀铜效果好,随后超声的效果趋缓。超声波作用后的盐基胶体钯180 d后仍然保持良好的活性,稳定性好。

摘要:
针对Sb(Ⅲ)-HCl-H2O体系,应用热力学计算方法,根据同时平衡原理,建立了数学模型,以Sb(Ⅲ)的总浓度5×10-5 mol/L为例,计算了不同pH时Sb(Ⅲ)的各种存在形式的浓度分布.计算结果表明,pH=1.3~4.0时,SbO+是主要存在形式,且n(SbO+)/n(Sb总)〉99.8%.

本论文阐述了结晶氯化钙/膨胀石墨复合相变材料的制备,表征以及热性能测试。结晶氯化钙被吸附在支撑材料膨胀石墨的微孔之中,从而形成复合材料。复合材料的相变焓相变温度用DSC Q1000进行测试。复合材料热稳定性用TG(Cahn TherMax 500)进行测试,其导热系数用HotDisk TPS 2500进行测试,结果表明制备的复合材料性能具有很大改进。

摘要:
Two metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF [M = Ni (for 1) and Co (for 2); H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,3,5-BTC); 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine; DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide] were synthesized by a one-pot solution reaction and a solvothermal method, respectively, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra. The low-temperature molar heat capacities of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF were measured by temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) for the first time. The thermodynamic parameters such as entropy and enthalpy relative to reference temperature 298.15 K were derived based on the above molar heat capacity data. Moreover, the thermal stability and the decomposition mechanism of M(HBTC)(4,4′-bipy)·3DMF were investigated by thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). The experimental results through TGA measurement demonstrate that both of the two compounds have a three-stage mass loss in air flow.
