摘要:
In this paper, a new image fusion frame based on nonsubsampled contourlet transformation is provided. In this frame, a new method based on the local correlation coefficients is explored, the experiment results of this method can obtain relatively high spatial resolution and preserve high spectral resolution.

摘要:
A combined method of expression feature extraction with particle swarm optimization (PSO) and independent component analysis (ICA) is proposed. The basic ICA algorithm is used to derive the independent base vector from the expression images. To decrease the computing complexity, the dimension of the expression image is reduced, and then PSO algorithm is applied to process expression data set to get the best optimal solution set. Finally, Hidden Markov Model is used to validate the correctness and validity of the algorithm. The experiments in the expression database show faster way of expression features extraction based on correct rate of expression recognition.

摘要:
The calculus of variations is employed to derive the geometric nonlinear tangent stiffness matrices for truss, beam and plane elements by considering the large deformation and small strain based on the virtual work principle. It is found that the stiffness matrices can be written as a uniform expression. Then, a FEM program is developed. A beam structure is calculated by considering the structural geometric nonlinearity to justify the validity of the proposed uniform expression.

The principium of damping vibration and the effects of damping vibration in damping structure of steam turbine integrally shrouded blades are investigated in this paper. Firstly, according to the characteristics of dry friction damping structure local-connection being nonlinear element and damping shroud contact interface being unparallel to the direction of blade vibration. The physical and kinetic models of the damping structure of integrally shrouded blades were established. Then, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the characteristics of damping vibration is explored by means of equivalent linearization and harmonic balance method. The research findings show that the contact tangential rigidity and normal force influence the vibration characteristics of blade, but the angle of shroud interface and direction of blade vibration and friction coefficient have no impacts on the vibratory characteristics of blade, only affect the optimal normal force and its distribution interval, the amplitude and frequency of external excitation force impact complexly on the vibratory characteristics of the damping structure. The results of this paper might provide theoretical guidance and suggestions for reasonable design in the damping structure of steam turbine integrally shrouded blades.

摘要:
In this paper an extended set membership state estimation algorithm for nonlinear discrete-time system in the presence of bounded disturbances is presented. The convergence analysis for nonlinear system is derived from Lyapunov method. It is shown that the estimation error remains bounded if the nonlinear system is uniformly observable and the initial error is sufficiently small as well as the noise terms are small enough. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

In accordance with the construction supervision and control of several long-span cable-stayed bridges, the synthesis method and two-step reaching method are proposed to determine and optimize the cable force of the cable-stayed bridge in the completion state and construction state. The above methods are applied to the Bridge in Zhuzhou of Hunan province in China, which ensure the structure safety and lead to the expected rational completion state of the cable- stayed bridge.

Economical risk analysis is widely used in engineering projects, and has much influence on the optimal decision method. it is of vital importance to find out the optimal seepage controlling scheme to meet with the unification of safety and economy. For this purpose, it is desirable to develop a practical decision-making method which can accurately predict the risks of dam failure and can estimate the total expense of seepage prevention system. This paper deals with a new method for determination safety and design standard of seepage prevention system. The safety of dam is expressed by the necessity of leakage treatment. Based on the economical investment principle, a risk decision model was submitted to optimize design on seepage prevention. The method indicates the unification of safety and economy for seepage prevention system. An application of the method on seepage controlling of copper tailings-dam shows its feasibility and rationality.

摘要:
This paper presents an engineering design method for output filter in parallel active power filters. LCR filter with resonance attenuation characteristic is applied. The special requirements of output filter are analyzed in parallel active power filter. The proposed method firstly builds multi-objective function considering requirements of switching harmonic attenuation, output capability and power loss. Then, fuzzy optimization is used to obtain optimal parameters of output filter. Therefore, the comprehensive performance of parallel active power filter is enhanced, including compensation capability and power loss. The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

Bridges deteriorate with time due to reinforcement corrosion, concrete carbonization and ever-increasing traffic toads. This results in reduction of their reliability. The factors influencing their reliability represent uncertainty. Binary state assumption indicates that the structure demonstrates only two crisp states, i.e. fully functioning or fully failed. The structure will be realized in one of the two states at any time. This is not practical in the real world. The structural failure criterion should be fuzzy. Based on conventional study on random time-dependent reliability, the fuzziness is incorporated in this paper. The fuzzy random time- dependent probabilistic (FRTDP) models of reinforcement strength and its sectional area and concrete strength are founded by fuzzy random variable and fuzzy stochastic process theory. A FRTDP model of resistance is deduced. Due to the difference between existing and constructing reinforced concrete (RC) bridges in analysis background, service life and information, the load models should be re-studied. A FRTDP model is substituted the dead load, and a FRTDP model is applied to the live load by incorporated fuzziness. The JC method is improved to compute the fuzzy random time-dependent (FRTD) reliability indices subjected to FRTD resistance, live load, dead load and fuzzy failure criterion. The total analytical method and process are demonstrated by an example of a fabricated RC bridge.
