摘要:
The title compound, C14H12BrN3O 3, was prepared by reaction of 5-bromo-3-methoxy-salicylaldehyde and isonicotinohydrazide in methanol. The mol-ecule is not planar and adopts a trans configuration with respect to the C=N bond. There is an intra-molecular O - H ... N hydrogen bond in the mol-ecule. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 12.2 (2)°. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular N - H ... N hydrogen bonds, forming chains running along the c-axis direction.

不同的干燥工艺对荷花蜂花粉功能成分的影响

摘要:
探讨了5种干燥工艺对荷花蜂花粉功能成分的影响。微波干燥的干燥效率最高,60%火力处理540s可使水分从31.41%降到6.42%;干燥方式对荷花蜂花粉蛋白质影响较小;微波干燥后总黄酮提取率最高,为13.20mg/g;真空冷冻干燥后维生素C和过氧化氢酶含量最高,分别为48.89mg/100g和29.86mg/g·min。总的来说,真空冷冻干燥对荷花蜂花粉的功能成分影响最小;常压恒温干燥对功能成分影响较小、工艺简单、对设备要求低,宜于大规模应用于实际生产中。

摘要:
以Gd~(3+)和Eu~(3+)为掺杂剂,分别采用溶胶 - 凝胶法和水热法制备了稀土共掺杂纳米TiO_2/MWCNT(multi-walled carbon nanotube)复合光催化剂,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、光致荧光光谱仪(PL)对光催化剂进行表征,以甲基橙为目标降解物对催化剂进行活性评价.结果表明:水热法制得的复合光催化剂样品中,二氧化钛颗粒基本均匀分布在碳纳米管上,同时,其光催化活性也比溶胶 - 凝胶法制得的样品高;Gd~(3+)和Eu~(2+)共掺杂能有效提高其光催化活性,当Gd~(3+)和Eu~(2+)掺杂量为分别为0.1%和1.0%时,TiO_2/MWCNT复合光催化剂具有较高的光催化活性.

摘要:
A method for measuring the electrochemical Peltier heat (EPH) of a single electrode reaction has been developed and an absolute scale is suggested to obtain EPH of the standard hydrogen electrode. The scale is based on φ{symbol}<inf>0</inf><sup>*</sup> = 0 and ΔS<inf>0</inf><sup>*</sup> = 0 for any electrode reaction at zero Kelvin, in accord with the third law of thermodynamics. The relationships between entropy, enthalpy and free energy changes on this scale and on the conventional scale are derived. Calorimetric experiments were made on the Fe(CN)<inf>6</inf><sup>3-</sup>/Fe(CN)<inf>6</inf><sup>4-</sup> system at five different concentrations at 298.15 K, and EPH for the standard hydrogen electrode reaction is obtained. EPHs and the entropy change on the absolute scale for the studied redox are linearly related to concentration of electrolyte. The reversible electric work is almost concentration independent in the range of concentration studied. ©2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The aim of this work was the synthesis of a new family of lactosylated piperazinly porphyrins in which the galactoside piperazine moieties are linked to the tetra- and monophenyl ring by an amide bond. Two compounds were designed, synthesized, and characterized by 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), ultraviolet (UV)-visible, and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectra. The biological activity on cancer cells and the pharmacokinetics have also been evaluated, showing a very high liver-to-skin ratio and short retention time in tissues. It is suggested that such novel lactosylated piperazinyl porphyrins, as potential hepatocyte-selective targeting drugs, thus show promising activity in photodynamic therapy. © Birkhäuser Boston 2007.

摘要:
A water-soluble lactosylated piperazinyl porphyrin, 5- mono[4-(4'-lactobionylaminopiperazinyl)- phenyl]-10,15,20- triphenyl-porphyrin (MLPP), was synthesized basing on the porphyrin's special affinity for cancer cells and the antitumor activity of piperazine compounds. Its structure was characterized by UV-Vis spectra, elemental analysis and 1H NMR. A model for the interaction between MLPP and DNA was built, and the binding mechanism between MLPP and cell molecules was investigated by UV-Vis spectra and fluorescence spectrum.

摘要:
用4×4阵列丝束电极模拟研究了混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀,将钢筋混凝土做不同的涂层处理:空白、铁丝表面涂抹树脂、混凝土表面涂抹树脂.通过测量铁丝的自腐蚀电位,研究不同涂层方式对混凝土防腐方面的影响.实验结果表明:只在混凝土表面涂抹树脂是最好的保护方式,它可以使钢筋的腐蚀电位一直处于钝化范围内,从而保证了钝化膜的完整性.这一结果对防止沿海地区和冰雪融化剂的氯离子对混凝土的破坏作用有意义,同时可应用于有杂散电流作用的混凝土结构物的防腐蚀.

摘要:
讨论了超细粉碎马铃薯淀粉颗粒粒径对淀粉糊黏度及弹性的影响.分析结果表明:机械研磨作用能够明显地破坏淀粉分子的结晶结构,导致其结晶度降低,而无序化程度增加.淀粉糊的静态黏度随样品颗粒粒径的增大而增大,随球磨时间的增长而减小,静态弹性也同样随样品颗粒粒径的增大而增大,随球磨时间的增长而减小;当颗粒粒径为10~30μm,淀粉糊黏度呈现最小值,但是淀粉的弹性不变.

The title compound, C15H14N2O3, exists in the E configuration with respect to the central methyl-idene unit. The dihedral angle between the two substituted benzene rings is 22.0 (2)°. Within the mol-ecule there is an intra-molecular N - H⋯O hydrogen bond involving the hydro-zide H atom and the O atom of the meth-oxy substituent on the adjacent phenyl ring. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular O - H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming zigzag chains along the b direction. © 2008.

In the title compound, C14H23N2O2S+·C2F3O2 -, the piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation. The crystal packing is stabilized by C - H⋯O and N - H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the cation and anion. The F atoms are disordered over two positions; the site occupancy factors are 0.55 (2) and 0.45 (2). © International Union of Crystallography 2008.

In the title compound, C11H10N3O4S+·C2F3O2 -, the dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the pyridinium ring is 88.7 (4)°. In the crystal structure, a network of N - H⋯O, C - H⋯O and C - H⋯F hydrogen bonds links the constituent ions. One O atom of the nitro group is disordered over two positions, with site-occupancy factors of 0.57 (2) and 0.43 (2).

摘要:
运用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术测定天麻DNA指纹图谱,从中选择需要的特异DNA片段.经过DNA回收、克隆与鉴定,获得目的DNA阳性克隆.通过DNA测序和生物信息学分析确定目的DNA的新颖性及其所含的生物信息.应用PCR技术研究了该DNA序列在天麻种群中的分布.结果表明,该DNA序列是新发现的,而且含有丰富的生物学信息,值得进一步研究.本研究成果为天麻基因组DNA的开发与利用提供了科学依据,可应用于天麻种群的遗传分类,对其他经济植物包括药用植物的相关研究具有借鉴意义.

Y3+掺杂ZnO/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂的研究

摘要:
采用固相法制备了Y3+掺杂ZnO/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂.以X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透视电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段对其晶相和形貌进行了表征,用紫外-可见漫反射光谱UV-Vis分析了微粒的光吸收能力和光吸收带边移动的情况,发现掺杂导致了TiO2光吸收能力增强及吸收带边红移.以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,自然光为光源,研究Y3+掺杂ZnO/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明,Y3+掺杂能够扩大纳米二氧化钛吸收光的波长范围,提高对太阳光的利用率,发现当复合光催化剂中TiO2的质量分数为70%,复合ZnO中Y3+掺杂量为3%时,催化剂的活性最高.

摘要:
利用蕨[Pteridium aquilinum]作为原材料,用水磨法提取蕨根淀粉,研究了糖类对蕨根淀粉加工特性的影响。结果表明:糖的加入使淀粉的糊化温度升高;葡萄糖和蔗糖使淀粉糊的粘度值上升;蔗糖和葡萄糖能使透光率增加;糖能使冻融稳定性和糊凝沉性提高,析出清液减少;蕨根淀粉糊贮藏过程中会发生老化现象,加入蔗糖和葡萄糖,在72h内粘度变化减缓,浓度达20%时,对老化的抑制效果明显;葡萄糖和蔗糖72h内对糊透光率的减小有极显著作用。

合成了5种非水溶性烷氧基苯基卟啉,以荧光光谱法、紫外可见分光光度法和1HNMR法研究了其与环糊精相互作用形成的超分子体系.并以荧光光谱法测定了超分子体系的包结常数和包结比,对其包结机理进行了初步研究.在此基础上,探讨了不同取代位置、不同链长的烷氧基对非水溶性烷氧基苯基卟啉与不同空腔直径的环糊精的超分子体系的影响.

摘要:
合成了一种新型辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)荧光底物-4-羟基苯乙基吡啶(pHSP),并首次将它运用于酶联荧光免疫传感体系。对pHSP化学性质的研究证实,pHSP在空气中较稳定,对HRP,H_2O_2的荧光响应性能优于传统HRP荧光底物,如对羟苯乙酸、Amplex Red和佳味醇等,在pH5.8的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,pHSP本身只有极弱的荧光,在HRP-IgG催化下可被H2O2氧化成二聚体产物,该二聚体在300nm的激发光下能发射波长为437nm的强荧光,并且反应体系的荧光增加与HRP量在一定浓度范围内成线性相关。根据此原理,建立了兔布氏杆菌抗体的酶联荧光传感分析新方法,运用制备的传感装置测定兔布氏杆菌抗体的线性范围为6.3×10~(-11)~1×10~(-8)mol·L~(-1),抗体检出限为6.3×10~(-11)mol·L~(-1),相对标准偏差为4.1%(n=11),pHSP的二聚体产物水溶性很低,利用设计的装置较好地解决了传统测定溶液体系方法灵敏度不高的问题。

We have proposed an electrochemical detection method for DNA molecules based on an extended gate field effect transistor (EGFET) sensing chip which consists of one gold plate for molecule recognition and FET part for signal transduction. DNA Probes were immobilized on the gold plate by forming mixed monolayers of thiolated single-stranded oligonucleotide (HS-ssDNA) and alkanethiols, like 6-hydroxy-1-hexanethiol (6-HHT). Electrode reaction corresponding to the reductive desorption of the adsorbed monolayers in strong alkali solution was presented for quantification of surface density of DNA by using fast cyclic voltammetry (FCV). The passivation effects of surface modification with different functional groups on the potential behavior of the gold electrode were also examined. It was feasible to use EGFET chip for detection of DNA hybridization reaction, that the hybridization efficient was estimated to be about 40%.

摘要:
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to consider the use and application of the "grey system" modelling methodology for the prediction and characterisation of inert anodes used in the aluminium electrolysis industry. Design/methodology/approach - Cermet was very interesting potential material for developing inert anodes, which was composed of ceramic phase (NiFe <inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>) and metal/alloy phase (nickel-iron-copper). Findings - Differential thermal analysis showed that newly fabricated cermet had good performance. The calcination temperature was very important for evaluating material properties, so was obtained in order to build the forecast grey model. Originality/value - Through calculation the GM(1,1) model was proved to be accurate in predicting technical parameters, and able to pinpoint precisely the properties of cermet materials. ©Emerald Group Publishing Limited.

摘要:
In the title compound, C11H10N3O4S+·C2F3O2 -, the benzene ring makes an angle of 87.3 (2)°with the pyridinium ring. The nitro group is essentially coplanar with the benzene ring. The F atoms of the CF3 group are disordered over two positions with almost equal occupancy [0.531 (12)/0.469 (12)]. The crystal structure is stabilized by N - H⋯O and C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
