摘要:
In the family of high-performance cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, lithium-rich layered oxides come out in front because of a high reversible capacity exceeding 250 mAh g-1. However, the long-term energy retention and high energy densities for lithium-rich layered oxide cathode materials require a stable structure with large surface areas. Here we propose a "bubble template" reaction to build "honeycomb-like" hollow microsphere architecture for a Li1.2Mn0.52Ni0.2Co0.08O2 cathode material. Our material is designed with ca. 8-μm-sized secondary particles with hollow and highly exposed porous structures that promise a large flexible volume to achieve superior structure stability and high rate capability. Our preliminary electrochemical experiments show a high capacity of 287 mAh g-1 at 0.1 C and a capacity retention of 96% after 100 cycles at 1.0 C. Furthermore, the rate capability is superior without any other modifications, reaching 197 mAh g-1 at 3.0 C with a capacity retention of 94% after 100 cycles. This approach may shed light on a new material engineering for high-performance cathode materials. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

Hydroxyl-terminated telechelic oligomeric poly(l-lactic acid), namely t-OPLLA-(OH)n (n = 2, 3, 4), and carboxyl-terminated telechelic oligomeric poly(l-lactic acid), namely t-OPLLA-(COOH)2, were respectively synthesized by the copolymerization of l-lactic acid with comonomers 1,4-butanediol, glycerol, pentaerythritol, and succinic acid, while the normal oligomeric(l-lactic acid), namely OPLLA, was obtained through the self-polymerization. The effects of the type and amount of comonomer as well as the molecular weight of starting oligomer on both the generation of l-lactide and the molecular weight of residual oligomer were examined. It was found that the selectivity to l-lactide for the degradation of t-OPLLA-(OH)n (91.7-93.56%) was slightly larger and that for the t-OPLLA-(COOH)2 was almost unchanged, relative to that for the degradation of OPLLA (90.3%). Both the yield of crude lactide and reaction rate for the degradation of t-OPLLA-(OH)n were higher, and those for t-OPLLA-(COOH)2 were lower than for the OPLLA. An as high as 92.7 wt % crude lactide yield had been achieved for the degradation of t-OPLLA-(OH)4, being the maximum level ever reported in the literature. With increasing the reaction time, the molecular weight of residual oligomer increased throughout for the degradation of OPLLA, and it first increased and then decreased for the degradations of telechelic OPLLA. The increase in the molecular weight of starting oligomer was unfavorable to the generation of l-lactide and also increased the molecular weight of residual oligomer. The above results indicated that the efficiency for the generation of l-lactide from t-OPLLA-(OH)n was obviously higher, which increased with increasing the amount of terminal hydroxyl group, and that from t-OPLLA-(COOH)2 was lower than that from OPLLA. Possible reaction networks for the degradations of OPLLA and telechelic OPLLA were proposed. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

Atomically thin two-dimensional semiconducting materials integrated into van der Waals heterostructures have enabled architectures that hold great promise for next generation nanoelectronics. However, challenges still remain to enable their applications as compliant materials for integration in logic devices. Here, we devise a reverted stacking technique to intercalate a wrinkle-free boron nitride tunnel layer between MoS2 channel and source drain electrodes. Vertical tunnelling of electrons therefore makes it possible to suppress the Schottky barriers and Fermi level pinning, leading to homogeneous gate-control of the channel chemical potential across the bandgap edges. The observed features of ambipolar pn to np diode, which can be reversibly gate tuned, paves the way for future logic applications and high performance switches based on atomically thin semiconducting channel. © 2017 The Author(s).

以Zr(NO_3)_4·5H_2O和CH_3COOLi·2H_2O为原料,采用湿化学法,将Li_2ZrO_3包覆在LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_2锂离子电池正极材料的表面,研究Li_2ZrO_3不同包覆比例对LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_2电化学性能的影响。SEM、TEM、EDS谱图分析表明,Li_2ZrO_3层均匀地包覆在LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_2表面,其厚度约为8 nm。与纯相相比,1%(质量分数)Li_2ZrO_3包覆的LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_2复合材料在1.0 C下首次放电比容量为184.7 mA·h·g~(–1)、100次循环之后放电比容量为169.5 mA·h·g~(–1),其容量保持率达到91.77%,表现出良好的循环稳定性。循环伏安(CV)和电化学阻抗(EIS)测试结果表明,Li_2ZrO_3包覆层抑制了正极材料与电解液之间的副反应,减小了材料在循环过程中的电荷转移阻抗,从而提高了材料的电化学性能。

The liquid-phase synthesis of 3-picoline from the reaction of acrolein diethyl acetal and ammonia over ion-exchanged resins (D402 and D002) and HZSM-5 (Si/Al = 25) was carried out in a batch reactor. Various influencing parameters, including by the addition of water, ion-exchanged resins, reaction temperature and HZSM-5, were systematically investigated. The results showed that the reaction could be directly conducted, and organic acid wasn't utilized. The highest yield of 3-picoline reached up to 24% using HZSM-5 as catalyst at 110 °C.<br/> ©Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A series of hierarchical HZSM-5 catalysts were synthesized by alkaline (denoted as HZSM-5-At) and/or alkaline-acid (denoted as HZSM-5-At-acid) treatments, and they as catalyst pairs were employed for the synthesis of glycerol and ammonia toward pyridine bases in a series-connected two-stage reactor. The characterization was analysed by means of N2-physorption and NH3-TPD techniques. The catalytic evaluation showed that the lower Si/Al ratio (Si/Al = 25 before treatment) in catalyst pairs (HZSM-5-At + ZnO/HZSM-5-At-acid) possessed the highest total yield of pyridine bases among all the catalyst pairs, but the suitable Si/Al ratio in alkaline-treated ZSM-5 (Si/Al = 38 before treatment) in the first stage of reactor and ZnO/HZSM-5-At-acid (Si/Al = 25 before treatment) in the second stage of reactor had the stronger stability relative to other catalyst pairs. The characterization revealed that the amount of acid sites play a vital role in the formation of pyridine bases whereas the appearance of mesoporous structure and the declined concentration of acid sites were main reasons for promoting the stability. ©2017 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
Monoclinic BiPO_4 with rod-like shape was prepared via a CTAB-assisted hydrothermal route. MnO_x nanoparticles were loaded on the surfaces of BiPO_4 rods by a photo-deposition process to form MnO_x/BiPO_4 heterojunctions. The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, FL, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance measurements. The results showed that MnO_x nanoparticles were strongly anchored to the surfaces of BiPO_4 rods when the mole ratio of Mn to Bi was controlled at a low level, forming MnO_x/BiPO_4 heterojunctions with effective and sound interfaces. The MnO_x/BiPO_4 heterojunctions exhibited higher photoactivity than pristine BiPO_4 for photodegradation of methyl blue under UV irradiation, which could be attributed to the efficient charge transfer at the heterojunction interfaces. The higher light absorption ability of MnO_x/BiPO_4 in the range of 300–420 nm compared with pristine BiPO_4 was also responsible for the enhanced photocatalytic activities of MnO_x/BiPO_4 heterojunctions.

A compact and thin NaA zeolite membrane was prepared by utilizing methylcellulose (MC) as space confinement additive under microwave heating. MC played the roles of patching the defects and reducing the thickness of membrane, which improved obviously the permselectivity and, particularly, ensured an above 10<sup>-6</sup>mol m<sup>-2</sup>×s<sup>-1</sup>×Pa<sup>-1</sup>of H<inf>2</inf>permeance. ©2016 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

A novel route for the synthesis of 3-picoline from glycerol via liquid phase reaction under mild condition, using microwave irradiation, had been well established. The heating mode had a profound effect on the yield of 3-picoline. The formation of 3-picoline could be promoted significantly by microwave heating, however, only very little amount of 3-picoline was generated by conventional heating under the reaction conditions employed in this study. Influencing factors were systemically investigated on the basis of a HAc-catalyzed under microwave irradiation. Additionally, a lot of heterogeneous catalysts were screened. It was found that as high as a 71% yield of 3-picoline was obtained with the mass ratio of pure glycerol/ammonium acetate/acetic acid/TiO2 = 1/3/10/0.2 at 373 K, after only 20 min of microwave irradiation. A catalyst pair (HAc and TiO2) exhibited better catalytic performance relative to other catalysts in this work. Accordingly, microwave assistance together with the catalysts achieved effective transformation of glycerol to 3-picoline under mild conditions. The related plausible reaction mechanisms were also proposed.

摘要:
The new composite transparent spinel silicate glass–ceramics containing Ni<sup>2+</sup>-doped ZnGa<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>and solid solution Mg<inf>x</inf>Zn<inf>1−x</inf>Ga<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>nanocrystals were fabricated by in situ controlled crystallization method. After heat treatment, the crystal phase content of ZnGa<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>increase with increasing heat treatment temperature, and the Mg<sup>2+</sup>ions could enter the crystal lattice of ZnGa<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>to replace the Zn<sup>2+</sup>ions and form a new solid solution Mg<inf>x</inf>Zn<inf>1−x</inf>Ga<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>. The coordination environment of Ni<sup>2+</sup>was changed from tetrahedral in glasses to octahedral sites in glass ceramics. The super-broadband infrared luminescence with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of about 400 nm overing 1.1–1.7 μm wavelength region and fluorescent lifetime of about 480 μs were observed from the glass ceramics containing Mg<inf>x</inf>Zn<inf>1−x</inf>Ga<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>nanocrystals. It is probably due to the variety of solid solution structure making Ni<sup>2+</sup>ions enter two different octahedral sites. At the same time, the impact of heat treatment temperature and the concentration of NiO on peak position and intensity were also discussed. The results demonstrate that the method presented may be an effective way to fabricate super-broadband optical amplifiers and tunable lasers. ©2016 Elsevier B.V.

Nickel-rich layered oxide cathode materials for advanced lithium-ion batteries have received much attention recently because of their high specific capacities and significant reduction of cost. However, these cathodes are facing a fundamental challenge of loss in performance as a result of surface lithium residue, side reactions with the electrolyte and structure rearrangement upon long-term cycling. Herein, by capturing the lithium residue on the surface of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 (NCM) cathode material as Li source, we propose a hybrid coating strategy incorporating lithium ions conductor LixAlO2 with superconductor LixTi2O4 to overcome those obstinate issues. By taking full advantage of this unique hybrid nanomembrane coating architecture, both the lithium ion diffusion ability and electronic conductivity of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode material are improved, resulting in remarkably enhanced electrochemical performances during high voltage operation, including good cycle performance, high reversible capacity, and excellent rate capability. A high initial discharge capacity of 227 mAh g-1 at 4.4 V cutoff voltage with Coulombic efficiency of 87.3%, and reversible capacity of 200 mAh g-1 with 98% capacity retention after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.5 C can be attained. The improved electrochemical performance can be attributed to the synergetic contribution from the removal of lithium residues and the unique hybrid nanomembrane coating architecture. Most importantly, this surface modification technique could save some cost, simplify the technical procedure, and show great potential to optimize battery performance, apply in a large scale and extend to all nickel-rich cathode material. © 2016 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
An innovative processing method for regulating the surface resistivity of zirconia ceramic has been developed based on solution infiltration in porous preform body. In this study, effects of infiltration solution concentration on the surface resistivity and Vickers hardness were investigated. It was shown that the surface resistivity decreased with the increase of infiltration concentration, while the surface hardness was not significantly influenced. For a typical sample infiltrated in 3 mol/L Fe(NO<inf>3</inf>)<inf>3</inf>·9H<inf>2</inf>O solution for 2 h, the surface resistivity is reduced to 10<sup>4</sup>Ω/□, while the Vickers hardness was kept at 13 GPa. The content of element Fe decreased gradually from the surface to the core of the samples. The status of element Fe was verified as FeO and Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>. About 49.4% of the element Fe was in the status of FeO, which was the conductive composition for anti-static purpose. ©2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

摘要:
甘油/氨法是制备3-甲基吡啶的绿色技术,但是其收率较低。在此反应体系的基础上,添加一系列含奇数碳原子的有机物(包含醛或醇或酮),考察了有机物类型以及丙醛和甘油质量比对3-甲基吡啶收率的影响。结果表明,添加的有机物类型对形成3-甲基吡啶产生重要的影响。与其他有机物相比,添加丙醛有利于提高3-甲基吡啶的收率。当丙醛与甘油质量比为1:4时,3-甲基吡啶的收率为45.29%,且吡啶碱的总收率达到71.82%.

目的观察油纱填充在中重度结膜囊狭窄患者结膜囊成形术后物理塑形关键期中的临床应用效果。设计回顾性病例系列。研究对象2011年1月至2013年1月北京英智眼科医院结膜囊成形手术的中重度结膜囊狭窄患者51例(51眼)。方法所有患者均采用游离中厚皮片行结膜囊成形,穹窿部眶缘骨膜缝线固定,术后结膜囊塑形采用油纱个性化填充,即利用油纱逐层填充的特性对关键区域重点填充,杜绝死角。填充时间1~3个月。术后平均随访(17.1±7.5)个月。主要指标手术并发症,结膜囊形态,义眼片定制及配戴情况。结果术后结膜囊内油纱填充1个月者8例(8眼),45天者24例(24眼),2个月者16例(16眼),3个月者3例(3眼)。油纱填充期后均成功配制义眼片,至末次随访时,未发现结膜囊内感染,植片均成活良好。随访期内出现结膜囊轻度狭窄2例,未影响义眼片配戴;出现结膜囊中度狭窄1例,而接受再次手术。下睑退缩2例,对义眼片配戴及外观影响轻微。结膜囊肉芽肿2例,行手术切除。结论结膜囊成形术后个性化油纱填充对结膜囊塑形具有填充紧密、塑形性强的优点,效果确切。

摘要:
Mesoporous carbon is constructed by monolithic polyaromatic mesophase deriving from the hexane insoluble of coal-tar pitch. This carbon material exhibits spherical morphology and layered crystallite, and thereby can be graphitized at 900 degrees C without destroying the mesoporous structure. Electrochemical measurements indicate that graphitic mesoporous carbon (GMC) support not only improves the activity of Pt electrocatalyst to oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), but also shows higher corrosion resistance than commercial XC-72 carbon black in the acid cathode environment (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. 水热法制备无定形炭球及其性能研究

以葡萄糖为原料,采用液相法制备无定形炭球。分别采用热重- 差热仪(TG-DTA)、X- 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、蓝电电池测试系统等对炭球进行炭化温度、结构、形貌、晶粒大小及电化学性能分析。 XRD 分析结果表明,高温炭化后炭球是无定形的且具有石墨的(002)和(101)峰;SEM 表明,高温炭化前后炭球的形貌均匀且单分散性很好;TG-DTA 和FTIR 测试显示,低温炭化后在1 599 cm~(-1)处有苯环的特征峰,表明低温炭化是聚合反应,高温炭化后炭球表面几乎没有任何官能团,表明高温炭化是分解反应;电化学性能测试表明,最佳的高温炭化温度为1 000 ℃,低温炭化温度为240 ℃,最佳的表面活性剂为SDS。

摘要:
Effect of Ti-Ce-Mg compound modification on microstructures, mechanical property and wear resistance of cast Fe-B-C alloy containing 0.25%C, 1.80%B, 0.40%Si, 0.60%Mn and 0.80%Cr has been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicate that the solidification microstructures of Fe-B-C alloy consist of Fe2(B,C), Fe3(C, B), pearlite, and ferrite. Fe2(B, C) type borocarbide is continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After modification by Ti-Ce-Mg, solidification microstructures of Fe-B-C alloy are obviously refined and there are many obvious necking and broken net in borocarbides. The hardness of modified Fe-B-C alloy has no obvious change comparing with that of unmodified Fe-B-C alloy. Ti-Ce-Mg compound modification can considerably improve impact toughness and wear resistance of cast Fe-B-C alloy. © 2014, National Institute of Optoelectronics. All right reserved.
