The effect of alkali earth metal oxides MO (M=Mg,Ca,Ba) on the crystallizing behavior and the microstructure of B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system (BAS) were studied.DSC,XRD and SEM were used to analyze the crystallization kinetics and to characterize the crystal phases and microstructures of the glass-ceramics.MO can effectively facilitate the formation of BAS glass,and the crystallinity of the glass increases in the order of MgO < BaO < CaO.For one given MO,the crystallinity of the glass is dependent on B2O3/SiO2 ratio:the lower the ratio is,the weaker the crystallinity of the glass will be.It was found that the early crystallization is aluminum metaborate (Al4B2O9) when the glass is heated at 800 ℃,and it would transfer into aluminum borate(Al18B4O33) at temperatures over 1000 ℃.The activation energy and the Avrami exponent of Al4B2O9 were calculated by Ozawa formulation.

In this paper, natural flake graphite was treated by mild oxidation and carbon coating techniques. The effects of modification on the crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical performance were investigated. The results indicate that the interlayer distance of flake graphite increases, and shape operation of graphite particle occurs after modification. Electrochemical measurements show that the initial columbic efficiency of graphite anode material increases from 73.4% to 89.7% after mild oxidation treatment, and the reversible capacity of composite that coated with pyrolytic carbon is about 359.7mAh.g(-1), and its cycling performance is improved. The modification results in a decrease of electrochemical polarization of graphite anode and an increase of the diffusion coefficient of lithium in graphite. Thus, the rate capacity is improved. In this paper, the free vibration analysis of thin rectangular plate with dowels on nonlinear elastic foundation is investigated. The load transfer on dowels is modeled as vertical springs, whose stiffness depends on the dowel properties and the dowel-plate interaction. Based on Hamilton variation principle, the nonlinear governing equations of thin rectangular plate with discontinuities on nonlinear elastic foundation are established, and the suitable expressions of trial functions satisfying all boundary conditions are proposed. Then, the equations are solved by using Galerkin method and harmonic balance method. The numerical simulation reveals the effects of the dowel parameters and the other ones of the system on free vibration behaves of the disconnected thin rectangular plate.
摘要:
Hollow carbon fibers were coated with Fe by chemical deposition to improve their electromagnetic performance. A parallel experiment was designed to investigate their chemical reactivity and surface curvature. The microstructure, composition, phase analysis and electromagnetic performance of Fe-coated and uncoated hollow carbon fibers were studied using SEM, EDAX, XRD and vector network analysis. The result indicates that magnetic loss is introduced due to the inherent property of iron. The real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability (μ′ and μ″) of the composites, which consist of the paraffin and the coated fibers after pretreatment and surface activity, are 1.44 and 0.54 at 2 GHz, respectively.
