摘要:
Being intermediate input,the financial service industry can produce industrial linkage effects to the other sectors.Based on the general equilibrium model,within the framework of input-output analysis,by industry affected coefficient this paper measures the indirect contributions of financial services industry to economic growth,expounded the penetration of financial services industry to various sectors in China.We found that the financial service is an interface-wide and cooperation dependent sector,which bring different industrial effect to various industries,among which the industrial manufacturing have a strong infiltration than that of service industry.

Partnering Pattern is one of advanced international management patterns of project, it doesn't observe and solve the question from the opposite angle but it emphasizes understanding, cooperation and trust. Based on introducing the concept and the core idea of the Partnering Pattern and according to the contradictory relations of different parties in project, such as which between main bodies of tendering, which among construction units, which between supplier and contractor etc., the paper explores how to build harmonious relationships on actual condition of Partnering Pattern to meet the application and development in China. It is advised that choosing a Partnering Facilitator with high qualification, choosing effective partners in Partnering Pattern, the Partnering Pattern is turned from specific one to long-term one and so on.

摘要:
To obtain perfect performances of the main steam temperature control system, a new scheme is proposed. The scheme substitutes fuzzy self-tuning PID controller for the main regulator of cascade control system. The controller is composed of fuzzy controller and PID controller. According to the error and error rate of the control system and fuzzy control rules, the fuzzy controller can online adjust the three parameters of the PID controller, then alter the output of the fuzzy self tuning PID controller to maintain the main steam temperature. The results show that the proposed control scheme has smaller overshoot, shorter settling time, better capacity of anti-disturbance and stronger robustness than the conventional PID cascade control.

摘要:
Real-time pattern recognition of one-dimensional waveform often requires both rapidity and accuracy. This paper presents a one-dimensional wave separation coding method, which simulates the way of human to understand figure, in order to carry through the graphical analysis of the wave crest or trough and their amounts, and to form pattern data-base of the waveform code. The model can make pattern match fast. This method is applied to the electromagnetic induction waveform identification of the road vehicles. The accuracy rate of real-time recognition can reach 92%.

Career management is a landmark work that the organizational human-oriented management goes into a substantive operational level and it is a strategic task of the whole organization. Strategies to improve performance of organizational career management can be developed from different perspectives and levels. This paper introduces some basic strategies from the organizational management perspective, including strategy of goal setting based on interest integration, strategy of staff allocation based on human job match, strategy of organization motivation and strategy of multi channel career development. According to integrate these basic strategies with the nature of the organization and the development needs of employee, the organization can comprehensively improve its career management performance.

Knowledge flow is the premise of knowledge management. Advancing knowledge flow in supply chain is very important to realize knowledge share and knowledge integration. In the paper, the influential factors in knowledge flow of supply chain are analyzed from two aspects: factors among partners and factors within each partner. The influential factors among partners in knowledge flow of supply chain are sorted into three dimensions: knowledge level, motivation level and culture atmosphere, and relevant advice is put forward. The driving factors for the construction of effective knowledge flow mechanism within each partner are given and analyzed, which include organizational strategy, organizational structure, organizational culture and incentive for the construction of knowledge sharing system.

Milled wood lignin was isolated from white powdery bamboo and characterized using alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation, elemental analysis, molecular weight analysis and UV, FTIR, H-1-NMR spectroscopy. It was found that the bamboo lignin was of the syringyl(S)-guaiacyl(G)-p-hydroxyphenyl(H) type. There were 0.36 condensed G units per C-9 unit in lignin. The proportion of three constitutive monomeric units of lignin (viz G(e):G(c):S:H) was 0.49:1.12:1:0.47. The C-9 formula for bamboo lignin was C9H9.80O3.44(OCH3)(1.33). The bamboo milled wood lignin had M-w 11280, M-n 4551 and polydispersity (M-w/M-n) 2.48. Furthermore, the bamboo lignin was composed mainly of beta-O-4 ether bonds, together with a certain amount of beta-beta' structure and conjugated ester linkages between the lignin structural units.

The control strategy of self-tuning observer-compensator for time lag systems is discussed, makes it applied to ammonia plant synthesizing section's Hydrogen-Nitrogen Ratio control, which makes a great successes. The qualified rate of Hydrogen-Nitrogen Ratio increased to about 90% from the original 50% or so.

According to the system requirements, vehicle detection system based on double induction loops has been designed. Control unit of traffic detection system designed with the core of LPC2138 has been described in detail. And the function of each hardware module has been analyzed. For bad experiment environment and various interference factors, anti-interference measures have been considered and introduced into software and hardware design. Hardware implementation and software flow of control unit have been described in detail. The result of the system application shows that, compared to traditional control units with the core of singlechip, the control unit have characteristics of better information handling ability, faster speed, and better communication ability etc. The main function of the traffic detection system is to examine the speed, the flow, the vehicle type and the lane occupancy of the motor vehicles. The method based on ARM embedded system in this paper provides a new means for the traffic detection system research. Finally the prospect for further research is presented.

In this paper, we present a fuzzy set membership (FSM) filter for state estimation of nonlinear discrete-time systems with unknown but bounded disturbances. First, the Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model is used to represent the nonlinear systems. Based on this model, FSM filter is proposed to further improve the numerical accuracy and stability of the nonlinear system estimation. In comparison with the existing fuzzy Kalman (FK) filter, the proposed FSM filter using the efficient and stable updating recursions provides much more accurate estimation results. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the performance (accuracy and reliability) of the state estimation in mobile robot localization.
