摘要:
With the constant and high-speed development of economy in our country,the speed and scale of rural and town urbanization will be further improved.Government investment funds on urban infrastructure construction projects and public construction projects increase year by year,and with the implementation of investment and financing system reform,funds from other areas that are put into the field tend to increase gradually as well.In order to raise and use the funds effectively and ensure the quality and returns of the projects,the author analyzes in this paper,the disadvantages of the existing urban construction project financing mode in the new market economy,and in the mean time explores ways to improve the existing mode,with the aim to improve the overall level of the investment and financing administration of the urban construction projects.

摘要:
Due to the larger number factors on the quality of the atmosphere, the different contributions of air quality, and the complex mutual influence between factors, it is difficult to establish a recognized, established evaluation model. At present, fuzzy math, grey theory which superior over other evaluation methods have been widely used in practice, but they still have some drawbacks. For a better and more comprehensive evaluation of the factors on the impact of air traffic environment, the air traffic environment impact assessment index system was established, the paper used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and ultra-multiple method to analyze the various factors which impact the traffic atmospheric environment. It not only considered all factors in the combined effects of weight, but also highlighted the main factors in the evaluation of pollution in the main role-sharing, using arithmetic mean empowering, then based on Kohonen network theory, the paper proposed a new method which evaluating the traffic atmospheric environment. Through introducing the example and analyzing the results of neural networks, fuzzy evaluation, grey evaluation, matter-element model, it shows the new method is easy to use and an reasonable and accurate evaluation of the impact of air traffic environment method.

摘要:
Intra-product specialization was a common phenomenon in the international trade of the manufacturing industry, and the share of vertical specialization were put into the calculation of the terms of intra-product trade. It is a new perspective to research the dynamic changes of trade interest within one country in a certain period from participating in Intra-product specialization. Based on the theory of intra-product specialization, this paper explores our country's profit level in international trade from the perspective of the terms of intra-product trade. Eight sectors' reims of intra-product trade of the manufacturing industry were calculated by using the input-output tables and the United Nations trade data. Moreover, the United States and Japan were selected as examples to analyze the terms of intra-product trade in manufacturing industry international trade, and finally relevant conclusions were made.

摘要:
Genetic programming (GP) is an illogical method for automatic programming. It shows creativity in discovering a desired program to solve problem, but in essence bases its searching principle on software testing. This paper is dedicated to establishing a novel GP which combines classical GP and formal approaches like Hoarepsilas logic, model checking, and automaton, etc. The result indicates these methods can collaborate in the framework pretty well. As has been demonstrated by the experiment, they work in a way that preserves their advantages while each compensates for the deficiencies of the other. So, once an approximate program is obtained, we can say with certainty it is correct with respect to its corresponding pre- and post-conditions.

Searching for an ideal logic principle has been being the key for the research and development of vehicle anti-lock braking system (ABS). Basing on MATLAB/Simulink development environment, realizes the computer software simulation of vehicle dynamics model with ABS system, builds the definite state machine State flow model for the ABS electronic control unit, and further successfully architectures the logic State flow diagram for four channel A BS system and obtains satisfying system performance by debugging it.

摘要:
In this paper,we present a fast neural-network algorithm of multi-point iterative method for simultaneous determination of all roots of polynomial.Its convergence was researched.The computation is carried out by simple steepest descent rule with adaptive variable step-size.The specific examples illustrated that the proposed method can find simultaneously the roots of polynomials at a very rapid convergence and very high accuracy with less computation.

摘要:
The generalized active power filter(GAPF) is a new kind of active power filter that can compensate reactive power, asymmetry three-phase power, harmonic and inter-harmonic and has an extensive applicability. A GAPF and its instructional current detection arithmetic are studied in this paper. The main circuit, operation principles and instructional current detection arithmetic of GAPF are introduced and the results of a simulation and experiment on the GAPF are given. Here, a six-bridge arm PWM converter with advanced IGBTs is utilized to actualize the main circuit of a GAPF that the agility of the operation of the GAPF is improved and convenience of the utilizing of series and multiple techniques to increase the capability of GAPF. An improved adaptive instructional current detection method utilizing a phase locked logic(PLL) to produce the reference voltage is proposed. The proposed method can eliminate the influence from voltage aberrance of electrical network to the effect of instructional current detection. Finally, through computer simulation and actual experiments, it is proved that the proposed GAPF and improved adaptive instructional current detection method have many advantages.
摘要:
This paper formulates and studies a model of neural network tinder a time-varying environment. Without assuming the smoothness, monotonicity and boundedness of the activation functions, the existence and global exponential stability of an unique equilibrium are investigated. Our approach is based on the Brouwer's fixed point theorem, Banach fixed point theorem, and Halanay-type inequality.

The counter-analysis on geotechnical parameter plays a very important role in accurate computation and forecast of foundation subsidence. But the existing soil-body non-linearity constructive model involves many computation parameters, which will cause difficulties or even errors to the parameter counter-analysis. This article intends to give an introduction to the principle of system sensitivity analysis, and take an actual project for an example to account for the sensitivity analysis method for calculation parameters in the E-v model and the E-B model. By this method, reasonable parameters of subsidence counter-analysis in E-v model and E-B model are determined, thus enhancing the efficiency of counter-analysis.

Being intermediate input,the financial service industry can produce industrial linkage effects to the other sectors.Based on the general equilibrium model,within the framework of input-output analysis,by industry affected coefficient this paper measures the indirect contributions of financial services industry to economic growth,expounded the penetration of financial services industry to various sectors in China.We found that the financial service is an interface-wide and cooperation dependent sector,which bring different industrial effect to various industries,among which the industrial manufacturing have a strong infiltration than that of service industry.
