摘要:
Catalyzed diesel particulate filter (CDPF) combines the functions of the oxidization catalyst and the diesel particulate filter. Due to good redox capacity and oxygen storage capacity, CeO2 is used as the catalyst of CDPF. Since the effects of key factors on the performance of CeO2-based CDPF were rarely reported, it was performed in this study based on a zero-dimensional numerical model using plug flow reactor in which a reaction mechanism was established and validated by the experiment of the thermal gravimetric analyzer. The effects of exhaust gas temperature and three defined parameters including the ratios of NO2 in NOx (α), NOx to soot (β), and catalyst coated amount to carbon loading amount (γ) on catalyst poisoning temperature, N2O concentration, NOx reduction rate and soot regeneration rate were investigated. The results show that the rising exhaust gas temperature causes the reduction of NOx concentration, and the NOx reduction rate comes to 66% when the catalyst poisoning temperature is reached. The soot regeneration rate and the N2O concentration first increase and then decrease as the exhaust gas temperature increases. Meanwhile, the higher exhaust gas temperature suppresses the production of N2O, but raises the possibility of catalyst poisoning. The increasing α and β result in the increase of soot regeneration rate and the decrease of NOx reduction rate. The catalyst poisoning temperature is improved at higher α and lower β. The soot regeneration rate has a fast increase with γ at first and then stabilizes rapidly. 摘要:
建立微粒捕集器分区域微波再生模型,并对该模型进行验证;采用正交试验设计方法提取微粒捕集器分区域微波再生平衡过程的关键参数(孔隙率、再生时间、电机旋转角、排气温度、氧流量等),利用分区域微波再生模型对再生过程中的再生效率、功率消耗进行四水平正交模拟计算,得到各关键参数对微粒捕集器分区域微波再生过程中再生效率和微波功率消耗的影响规律,确定再生过程的最优参数组合。研究结果表明:当再生时间由7.5 min减至3.0 min时,再生过程中功率消耗的最大值增大2.1倍;当孔隙率为0.6,再生时间为7.5 min,电机旋转角为30°,排气温度为500 ℃,氧流量为0.1 kg/s时,再生效率提高9.8%,功率消耗的平均值降低28%。

摘要:
To achieve accurate control of the transient air-fuel ratio for gasoline engines, a composite predictive control method based on wavelet network is proposed. The inverse system of transient air-fuel ratio system was to identify with wavelet network, which is able to dynamically compensate intake flow with feedforward control, and a pseudo-linear system is formed by cascading the inverse system with the original system. Then the dynamic matrix control(DMC) was used as a compensation for both internal and external disturbance in real time, and the effective control for transient air-fuel ratio system of nonlinear, time-delay and time-variation is realized. Finally simulated with experiment data at transient conditions, the results show that the inverse model based on wavelet network can accurately approximate the air fuel ratio transient process, and this method has stronger robustness and anti-interference. Therefore, the composite predictive control strategy has good control performances and can improve the control precision of air-fuel ratio in transient conditions.

摘要:
Uncertainty analysis is an effective methodology to improve the reliability of an accident reconstruction result. Many existing methods can be employed in this field, which can confuse a practicing engineer who does not know these methods well. To make the selection easier, a case-oriented approach was proposed based on the evidence theory. Users only need to input uncertain traces and a selected accident reconstruction model to calculate the uncertainty of reconstructed results using the proposed approach. Three basic steps of the case-oriented approach are as follows: first, all types of input traces should be transformed into their evidence form; then, focal elements of the reconstructed result and their corresponding basic probability assignment (BPA) need to be calculated; finally, the belief function (Bel) and plausibility function (Pl) of the reconstructed results are calculated. Three common conditions, which are accidents with all interval traces, accidents with all probabilistic traces, and accidents with interval and probabilistic traces, were discussed based on the basic steps of the case-oriented approach. Furthermore, methods for how to transform different traces to their evidence form, how to calculate the interval of the response efficiently, and how to fuse high conflict evidence were presented. Numerical cases showed that the approach worked well in all conditions. Finally, a vehicle collisions accident case was presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed approach in practice.

Butanol is considered as the more promising alternative fuel candidate because of its favorable chemical and physical properties over ethanol and methanol. In this study, the performance and emissions of a port fuel injected spark ignition engine fueled with butanol-gasoline blends (0–60 vol % butanol blended with gasoline referred as G100-B60), including brake thermal efficiency (BTE), brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) and carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbon (UHC), nitrogen oxide (NO x ), were investigated under various equivalence ratio. Among the butanol-gasoline blends, B30 performs well in engine performance and emissions due to its CO (2.3%–8.7%), UHC (12.4%–27.5%), and NO x (2.8%–19.6%) emissions compared to those of gasoline. Butanol can be a good alternative fuel to gasoline for its potential to reduce pollutant emissions. It is well known that engine tests are hard, time consuming, and high cost. Therefore, support vector regression (SVR) was used to predict the performance and emissions of the engine, where equivalence ratio and blend ratio were used as the input parameters, and BTE, BSFC, CO, UHC, and NO x were used as the output parameters. It was observed that the correlation coefficients and mean relative error were in the range of 0.9940–0.9998 and 0.1901–10.2570%, respectively. The SVR predictions of BTE, BSFC, CO, UHC, and NO x yielded the root-mean-squared-errors of 0.0511%, 4.6058 g/kW h, 0.9995% vol, 7.7503 ppm vol and 38.5861 ppm, respectively. 摘要:
为实现瞬态空燃比有效控制,提出基于逆模型前馈控制附加无模型自适应反馈控制的复合控制策略。利用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)建立空燃比系统逆模型,对瞬态空燃比模型中的进气量进行动态前馈补偿,并结合无模型自适应(MFAC)通过修正喷油量对空燃比进行反馈控制,对系统扰动、误差等实现修正。利用瞬态工况试验数据进行仿真,并与台架试验实际数据进行了对比。结果表明,LS-SVM逆模能高精度地逼近空燃比瞬态过程,结合MFAC反馈控制提高了系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。因此该复合控制策略可行,可用于发动机瞬态工况空燃比的精确控制。

The knowledge about the injury source and correlation of riders in car-electric bicycle accident will be helpful in the cross validation of traces and vehicle safety design. In order to know more information about such kind of knowledge, 57 true car-electric bicycle accidents were reconstructed by PC-Crash and then data on injury information of riders were collected directly from the reconstructed cases. These collected data were validated by some existing research results firstly, and then 4 abnormal cases were deleted according to the statistical method. Finally, conclusions can be obtained according to the data obtained from the remaining 53 cases. Direct injuries of the head and right leg are from the road pavement upon low speed; the source laws of indirect head injuries are not obvious. Upon intermediate and high speed, the injuries of the above parts are from automobiles. Injuries of the left leg, femur, and right knee are from automobiles; left knee injuries are from automobiles, the road pavement and automobiles, respectively, upon low, intermediate, and high speed. The source laws of indirect torso injuries are not obvious upon intermediate and low speed, which are from automobiles upon high speed, while direct torso injuries are from the road pavement. And there is no high correlation between all parts of the injury of riders. The largest correlation coefficient was the head-left femur and left femur-right femur, which was 0.647, followed by the head-right femur (0.638) and head-torso which was 0.617. 摘要:
The aim of this present study is to examine the critical role of air-fuel equivalence ratio Ф and air flow rate on triggering self-excited thermoacoustic oscillations in a swirling combustor, which is widely applied in industry to achieve low combustion emissions. For this, experimental study of the effect of air-fuel equivalence ratio in a propane-burnt swirling combustor is conducted to gain insights on the nonlinear dynamics behaviors of the thermoacoustic oscillations. A series experiments are conducted by varying 1) the air flow rate and 2) the equivalence ratio. It is found that the air flow rate and the equivalence ratio play important roles on producing limit cycle thermoacoustic oscillations. The frequencies and amplitudes of these oscillations strongly depend on the equivalence ratio. In addition, the dominant thermoacoustic mode is found to switch from a higher frequency at ω3 to a lower one at ω1 for a given Φ, as the air flow rate Qa is varied. However, as Qa is set to a given value, increasing the equivalence ratio from 0.8 to 1.2 leads to the dominant frequency being shifted by approximately 20%. In general, the present study sheds lights on the nonlinear characteristics and behaviors of heat-driven acoustic oscillations in a swirling thermoacoustic system. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

The engine experiments require multiple tests that are hard, time-consuming, and high cost. Therefore, an artificial neural network model was developed in this study to successfully predict the engine performance and exhaust emissions when a port fuel injection spark ignition engine fueled with n-butanol–gasoline blends (0–60 vol.% n-butanol blended with gasoline referred as G100-B60) under various equivalence ratio. In the artificial neural network model, compression ratio, equivalence ratio, blend percentage, and engine load were used as the input parameters, while engine performance and emissions like brake thermal efficiency, brake-specific fuel consumption, carbon monoxide, unburned hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides were used as the output parameters. In comparison between experimental data and predicted results, a correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9929 to 0.9996 and a mean relative error ranging from 0.1943% to 9.9528% were obtained. It is indicated that the developed artificial neural network model was capable of predicting the combustion of n-butanol–gasoline blends due to a commendable accuracy. © 2018, © The Author(s) 2018.

There is always more than one method can be employed to reconstruct a traffic accident and then more than one result can be obtained. How to describe these different results becomes an issue. Two solutions were given, the first is to fuse different results to one result, while the other is to rank different results according to their credibility. Methods based on the Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operator and Uncertain Ordered Weighted Averaging (UOWA) operator were proposed to fuse different certain results and different interval results to one result, respectively. And methods based on the Combination Weight Arithmetic Average (CWAA) and OWA operators were proposed to rank different certain or interval results. Finally, a true vehicle-motorcycle accident was given to demonstrate these proposed methods, results showed that all methods work well in practice. If the calculation uncertainty was not considered, the fused result 64.56 km/h and a ranked vector can be obtained; if the calculation uncertainty was considered, the fused result [62.13, 68.13]km/h and a ranked interval number set can be obtained. Because that all final results were obtained by employing widely used mature operators, they deserve to be trusted. The research provides more reliable choices to describe different results obtained from different methods in accident reconstruction. © 2018

在普通滑块机构中增加一个带凸轮槽的可改变曲柄长度的装置,从而实现了滑块在工作行程中的匀速运动.使用复数矢量法和动态静力学理论对该机构进行了运动学和动力学解析.采用SolidWorks软件的Motion模块对变长度曲柄滑块机构进行建模仿真和运动分析,获得机构的运动特性曲线和动力学特性曲线.结果表明,变长度曲柄滑块机构中滑块实现匀速运动是可行的.

由于发动机进气系统具有复杂的非线性动态特性,因此构建了进气流量小波网络辨识与预测模型,并利用最小二乘法(DLS)对小波网络参数和预测控制率进行了学习和优化,以提高小波网络预测模型的可靠性和预测精度。作为对比建立了基于BP神经网络的预测模型,并利用瞬态工况试验数据分别对两种模型进行了仿真研究。结果表明,小波网络模型能有效地预测发动机瞬态工况进气流量,与BP神经网络预测模型相比,误差精度更高,可用于发动机瞬态工况空燃比的精确控制。

大型养路机械造价昂贵,体积较大,需要多人操作,不够灵活,难以普及起来.针对以上缺点,在小型铁路捣固机的设计研发基础上,根据小型铁路捣固机捣固系统的工作原理,绘制捣固机捣固控制液压系统原理图,用AMESim软件建立了捣固机液压系统仿真模型,对捣固机捣固系统模型进行了仿真,对仿真结果各参数曲线变化进行分析,其结果表明液压系统性能参数符合小型捣固机设计要求.

摘要:
建立瞬态工况小波网络发动机油膜模型,利用蚁群算法对小波网络参数进行初始化寻优,将其作为小波网络参数初始值,以提高小波网络的训练速度和误差精度,并基于该网络模型测试了发动机空燃比瞬态过程,然后利用瞬态工况试验数据进行了仿真,并与台架试验实际数据进行对比。结果表明,基于蚁群算法初始化小波网络模型能有效地辨识发动机瞬态工况油膜参数,高精度地逼近空燃比瞬态过程,不仅具有较强的泛化能力,而且大大缩短了训练时间。蚁群初始化小波网络适用于油膜参数辨识,本研究为发动机瞬态工况空燃比的精确控制奠定了基础。

摘要:
为更好地了解区间痕迹下事故再现结果不确定性分析问题的求解策略,在介绍常用不确定性分析方法后,基于分析和算例给出的求解建议,借助蒙特卡洛法探讨了车速大于事故路段限速值时概率的求解方法;且通过数值算例和真实案例等对相关方法进行了演示与验证。结果表明,不确定性分析方法可分为数值和理论分析两类,对于数值分析类,如对计算时间无要求可直接选用蒙特卡洛法,如对计算时间有要求则可选择遗传算法来满足需求;对于理论分析类,子区间技术是确保各方法所得结果逼近真值的有效方法。另外,若假定区间痕迹服从均匀分布,则可借助蒙特卡洛方法分析车速大于路段限速值的概率。

摘要:
为分析区间痕迹下事故车辆超速的概率,基于子区间技术建立一种求解方法。首先将输入痕迹区间分成若干子区间,将不同痕迹的子区间组合成若干子空间域;然后将事故再现模型在子空间域上做一阶泰勒展开,并结合区间四则运算法则计算事故再现模型在每一子空间域上的上下界,得到事故再现车速子区间;最后对所得子区间进行分析,取下界大于路段限速值的子区间数除以该数与上界小于路段限速值的子区间数的和的值作为事故车辆超速的概率值。2个数值算例表明:所建方法与蒙特卡罗方法所得概率一致,且所建方法无需对输入痕迹的分布进行假设;一例真实的碰撞事故案例表明:用该方法可解决实际问题,案例中事故车辆超速的概率为53.7%。

不同掺氢比对PRF燃料预混层流燃烧的影响

摘要:
为了对掺氢汽油机缸内预混湍流燃烧过程进行更深入的研究,通过反应系数变异分析,优化了掺氢PRF燃料燃烧的化学反应动力学简化机理,采用CHEMKIN软件的Premixed模块,建立并验证了掺氢PRF燃料的预混层流燃烧模型,并在此基础上研究了掺氢对PRF燃料预混层流燃烧过程的影响.研究结果表明,掺氢促进了庚烷与异辛烷的脱氧反应及自由基H、OH的链锁反应,加快了相同初始压力温度以及化学当量比条件下PRF燃料的层流燃烧速度;此外,掺氢增加了NO的排放,但可以有效减小CO2的排放.

摘要:
In order to obtain more effective uncertainty analysis methods for analyzing uncertainty of a reconstructed result in a traffic accident with different types of interval traces, three new methods are proposed. The first method is named as sub-interval perturbed method, it is used for calculating the binary interval of the reconstructed result in an accident with binary interval traces, and it can overcome the interval extension problem well. The second method is based on interval arithmetic and the first method, it is used for calculating the ternary interval of the accident reconstruction result in an accident with ternary interval traces, and the most probable value of the reconstructed result is a number. The basic idea of the third method is the same as that of the second method, it is used for calculating the ternary interval of the accident reconstruction result in an accident with mixed interval traces, and the most probable value of the reconstructed result is an interval. All methods are demonstrated and validated by numerical cases. The results show that all methods are feasible and practical. Finally, a true vehicle-motorcycle accident is given, in which the braking distance of vehicle, and the throw distances of driver and motorcycle are all binary interval traces. The accident is reconstructed by the software PC-Crash, and the interval of impact velocity is analyzed. The interval of the velocity is [55.7, 64.3] km/h. This interval result is more objective than a single number.

摘要:
针对传统插值法确定汽油机点火提前角精度较低的问题,提出了根据发动机负荷变化的可变最优加权方法,并建立了基于BP-LSSVM的汽油机可变最优加权点火提前角组合预测模型,通过点火提前角预测结果的对比与分析,验证了提出的基于神经网络和LSSVM的汽油机点火提前角组合预测模型的准确性和有效性.
