摘要:
Based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models, the energy-to-peak filtering problem is studied for a class of nonlinear stochastic neutral systems with delays. Sufficient conditions on the stochastic stability with prescribed L <inf>2</inf>-L<inf>∞</inf> noise attenuation level are proposed. The conditions and the optimal design of the controller are formulated as a set of direct linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a simulation example.

摘要:
Because of the large investment and the outstanding loan capitals in the construction process of expressway project, the Expressway Company (EC) is highly unable to pay back the loans in the business period, inducing enormous financial risk to corporation. Meanwhile, EC is prone to suffer from financial loss as a result from the influence of the cost expenditures in the operation of expressway and the internal and external environment of company. In this paper, based on the analysis of financial risk, a definition of Financial Risk Index System is proposed, following by the presentation of fundamentals and conditions for the construction of financial risk. Based on the four factors of risk indication, including the expending cost, macroeconomic environment, revenue and the management of Expressway Company, the construction scheme of operational early-warning Financial Risk Index System would be discussed. Last but not least, according to a integrated evaluation for various indicators, several correspondent methods for financial risk warning of expressway company would be presented.

In this paper, ash of Yungui coal was selected for its low deformation temperature (DT is about 1120℃). Two samples of 0.6g the ash of Yungui coal were put on the corundum based refractories first, then they were laid in a muffle furnace for sintering experiments, which were made at 1250℃ for 5 hours under air atmosphere and weak reduction atmospheres respectively. After the experiments, the samples were cooled down naturally to room temperature, then a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) was carried out for investigating the microscopic structure of the slagging sintered on the corundum based refrectory board under weak reduction and air atmospheres. Accordingly, the following conclusions can be made from the analysis: (1) at 1250℃, the slagging sintered on the corundum based refractory under weak reduction atmosphere was quite tight, while the slagging sintered under air atmosphere was rather loose and no evident penetration into the refractory was observed; (2) atmospheres in the muffle furnace had a great effect on the slagging of melted coal ash on the refractories through changing the transformation forms of the mineral components (such as Fe) in coal ash; (3) the corundum based refractory implies a good slagging resistance effect by avoiding reasonably the forming of weak reduction atmosphere in furnaces during boilers operation.

摘要:
The calculus of variations is employed to derive the geometric nonlinear tangent stiffness matrices for truss, beam and plane elements by considering the large deformation and small strain based on the virtual work principle. It is found that the stiffness matrices can be written as a uniform expression. Then, a FEM program is developed. A beam structure is calculated by considering the structural geometric nonlinearity to justify the validity of the proposed uniform expression.

Partial Discharge (PD) on-line monitoring can detect the insulated defect of electric equipment effectively, which will prevent suddenly accident. On the basis of PD mechanism research, the relation between PD detecting signal non-linear dynamics eigenvcctor and insulation defect pattern is investigated by experiment. Using the characteristic parameters, such as Lyapunov exponent, Kolmogorov, fractal dimension extracted from the PD detecting signal time sequence data to be the eigen vector of PD pattern identification. A series of typical insulation PD experiments is carried out in the lab. Through analyzing the non-linear dynamics character of PD detecting signal time sequence, such as Lyapunov exponent, fractal dimension, Kolmogorov entropy, the PD process is identified be a non-linear Chaotic system under some voltage condition. A series of dynamics estate equations have been set up and analyzed, to go along PD pattern identification. The typical insulation defect models used to the PD experiment include needle-broad poles discharge of oil, insulation cardboard interior gas discharge, cardboard surface discharge, suspending discharge in oil and so on. Broadband PD detecting system and digital memorial oscillograph TDS3054B are used to measure PD impulse current signal and ultrasonic signal. The experiment diagram and experiment result are presented in this paper, which shows this method has a favorable PD pattern identification effect. It's significant to the insulation condition-Based maintenance of high-voltage power equipment.

In this paper, a new image fusion frame based on nonsubsampled contourlet transformation is provided. In this frame, a new method based on the local correlation coefficients is explored, the experiment results of this method can obtain relatively high spatial resolution and preserve high spectral resolution.

The reasons of nonlinear effects of cable-stayed bridges are investigated. A numerical simulation method for nonlinear behavior is developed in this work. By considering the girder-tower coupling effect, a new beam element is proposed. Based on the modified Lagrange method, a group of nonlinear finite element equations under earthquake excitation is built. The corresponding computer software is developed. The linear and nonlinear responses for Yueyang Dongtinghu cable-stayed Bridge have been computed. The results are discussed and compared. It can be concluded that the developed methodology may be useful for bridge structural design of the earthquake resistance.
