摘要:
A practical and eco-friendly method for the clean preparation of a variety of Z-β-thiocyanate alkenyl esters via lactic acid-catalyzed multicomponent hydrothiocyanation reaction was established. In the subgram-scale synthesis, Z-β-thiocyanate alkenyl esters were exclusively generated, and the product could be easily isolated in high purity via extraction. In the large-scale synthesis, the pure products could be simply collected through liquid-liquid separation. The eco-friendly lactic acid played a dual function in the transformation, serving as recyclable biomass catalyst and recyclable reaction medium. Copyright © 2019 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
在锂离子电池电极材料研究中,第一性原理计算能在理论上协助解释实验结果,为材料的合成和性能改进提供理论依据.目前第一性原理计算在锂离子电池电极材料中的应用主要集中在正极材料磷酸铁锂和层状氧化物LiMO_2 (M=Ni, Co, Mn, Al等)材料中,对热门三元材料,特别是三元材料改性前后界面结构变化的研究较少.围绕密度泛函理论,综述了其在电极材料工作电压、电子传导性和离子扩散性、结构稳定性、储锂容量的计算以及热力学性能预测及解释等方面的应用,对较为集中的研究方向的进展进行阐述和总结,为用第一性原理进一步研究LiNi_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_2复合材料提供借鉴.

摘要:
Most organic reactions require the usage of volatile organic compounds in the synthesis, work-up and purification processes, thus resulting in major environmental pollution and high manufacturing cost. By using cheap biomass lactic acid as the reaction media and catalyst, a sustainable protocol for the synthesis of Z-3-selenocyanatoacrylates and analogues through green selenocyanation of activated alkynes has been achieved. A principal advantage of this protocol is that the usage of organic volatile compounds can be avoided entirely, as the conversion of substrate is almost quantitative or quantitative with a minimal amount of lactic acid employed as reaction media, and the pure products can be conveniently collected through water precipitation.

近年来,生物传感器得到了长足发展,其中适配体的研究起到了重要推动作用.肽适体是可与靶标物质特异性结合的短肽.受制于筛选、合成以及纯化方法,肽适体的发展目前落后于核酸适配体,但是肽适体的高亲和力、强特异性、良好的生物亲和性等系列优越性,让肽适体具有巨大应用前景.肽适体的筛选获得可通过多种方式完成,除了传统的酵母双杂交、噬菌体展示、核糖体展示等技术,新兴的基于生物信息学的分子对接预测等技术更是加速了肽适体的发展.肽适体不仅可直接应用于临床医疗,还可设计成生物传感器广泛应用于精准营养、环境监测以及新型材料识别等领域.本文旨在对肽适体筛选及其应用做全面的梳理.

摘要:
An economic, safe, practical, and environmentally benign protocol for the oxidation of aldehydes to carboxylic acids and acid anhydrides with ambient air as the sole oxidant was developed. This oxidation is operationally simple and external catalyst-, initiator-, and base-free, with outstanding functional group tolerance (moisture-, acid-, base-, and oxidant-sensitive groups). It also provides a practical protocol for large scale synthesis (>100 g), late-stage modification of polyfunctional compounds, and one-pot sequential transformation starting from aldehydes. © 2018 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
In this article, hydrogen polysulfide (H2Sn)-mediated Michael addition/cyclization cascade reactions toward acrylate ester analogues were exploited and utilized to construct novel and robust H2Sn-specific fluorescence probe for the first time. Through rational molecular engineering of the α-substituted acrylate ester template, the optimal candidate probe FP-CF3 containing trifluoromethyl-substituted acrylate ester group as recognition unit and 3-benzothiazol-7-hydroxycoumarin dye BHC as signal reporter can highly selectively detect H2Sn over other reactive sulfur species, especially biothiols including cysteine (Cys) and homocysteine (Hcy)/glutathione (GSH), with a rapid and significant turn-on fluorescence response (less than 60 s for response time and over 44-fold for signal-to-background ratio). The fast response and high selectivity of FP-CF3 for H2Sn could be attributed to a kinetically and spatially favored pentacyclic addition produced by the dual nucleophilic reaction of H2Sn with the CF3-substituted acrylate group. The big off-on fluorescence response is due to the pentacyclic intermediate results in the release of the highly fluorescent BHC. Moreover, it has been successfully applied in imaging of endogenous H2Sn fluctuation in living cells. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
The electrochemical performances and thermostability of LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 is affected by temperature. High ambient temperature or irregular heat distribution accelerates the decline of LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 performance, shortens cathode material life. In this work, the energy storage and thermostability of the Li 3 VO 4 -coated LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 cathode material were studied for the first time by electrochemical calorimetry methode at different temperatures and rates. Results show that Li 3 VO 4 -coated LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 cathode material has excellent rate and cycle performance. The thermal electrochemical experiments further show that the thermal stability of Li 3 VO 4 -coated LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 cathode material in charge-discharge energy storage and conversion system is better than LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 at 30, 40, and 50°C. The enhanced performance can be attributed to the fact that Li 3 VO 4 coating promotes the transmission of lithium ions and protects the active material from electrolyte corrosion at different temperature, as well as reduces side reaction, electrode polarization and heat generation of cathode materials. The Li 3 VO 4 -coated LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 cathode material has excellent energy storage properties and thermostability, which are beneficial to the development of electronic equipment. © 2018 Song, Tang, Xiao, Cao and Zhu.

The first example of a metal- and reductant-free deoxygenative sulfonylation of quinoline N-oxides with sodium sulfinates via a dual radical coupling process is reported. In this reaction, sodium sulfinates play dual roles of a sulfonylation reagent and activating agent. This procedure is expected to complement the current methods for the radical reaction of quinoline N-oxides.

摘要:
A simple palladium-catalyzed selective synthesis of structurally diverse 3,4-dihydroquinazolines from electron-rich arylamines, electron-poor arylamines and glyoxalates has been developed under mild conditions. This reaction is carried out in a tandem manner constituted by the condensation of arylamines and glyoxalates, the selective Diels–Alder cycloaddition and oxidation processes, in which 4-nitrothiophenol was used as the key ligand.

L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)是生物体内的条件氨基酸和生糖氨基酸,L-Cys在生物体内的作用主要体现在细胞中蛋白质折叠和代谢、翻译后修饰、解毒以及对重金属的亲和力等生理过程中起着至关重要的作用;同时L-Cys还是生物体许多病理疾病的生物标志物,如肝损伤,心脏病,艾滋病,以及胱氨酸尿症,严重影响人类的身体健康.因此快速准确检测低浓度水平L-Cys的方法对生命活动具有十分重要的意义.该文总结了近些年来对L-Cys检测的常见仪器分析方法,重点综述了近年来关于L-Cys的荧光传感、比色传感和电化学传感检测方法研究及应用.

摘要:
The m-Erythritol (erythritol, ME)/D-mannitol (mannitol, DM) binary system was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the phase diagram was then obtained. It was found that the eutectic composition was at the mole fraction of erythritol x<inf>ME</inf>= 0.87. The latent heat of fusion (Δ<inf>m</inf>H) of the eutectic mixture was 322.8 J/g with a peak melting temperature (T<inf>p, m</inf>) of 114.4 °C. A cyclic DSC experiment revealed that the Δ<inf>m</inf>H of the eutectic mixture slightly decreased, and the T<inf>p, m</inf>remained stable over 50 DSC cycles. Exfoliated graphite (EG) was then applied to absorb the eutectic mixture to obtain the EG/eutectic composite form-stable phase change material (PCM) and enhance its thermal conductivity. Good form stability could be obtained when the loading of EG in the EG/eutectic composite reached 2.0 wt%. The thermal conductivity of the eutectic mixture was greatly enhanced by EG. When the loading of EG was 10.0 wt%, the thermal conductivity increased by 408% compared to that of the eutectic mixture. Additionally, severe supercooling of the eutectic mixture was also greatly alleviated by EG. The best result was obtained when 3.0 wt% EG was added, for which the degree of supercooling (ΔT) was 62.6 °C and the heat of crystallization (Δ<inf>cr</inf>H) was 185.7 J/g. X-ray diffraction (XRD) experiments revealed that the eutectic mixture was simply a physical mixture of erythritol and mannitol. Thermal gravimetry (TG) investigations showed that the eutectic mixture and the EG/eutectic composite form-stable PCM exhibited good thermal stability for its applications.<br/> ©2018 Elsevier B.V.

设计了一种基于3-巯基丙磺酸膜( MPS)修饰金电极的新型无线传感装置,此装置采用远程控制,通过无线电子发射模块与接收模块传输电位量测数据,实现了对Hg~(2+)的远程超灵敏监测。采用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱、电化学阻抗谱与循环伏安等方法表征了MPS膜电极响应Hg~(2+)前后的表面特性,发现含有末端磺酸基的MPS膜通过静电吸附作用识别结合Hg~(2+),这是由于形成了双电层结构而产生膜电位变化。在pH 6.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,此电极对Hg~(2+)的线性响应范围为1.0×10~(-8) ~ 1.0×10~(-3) mol /L,响应斜率为59.08 mV/( -pC)( 25℃), 检出限为8.3 nmol /L。且此膜电极响应快,响应时间为8 s,具有良好的稳定性、重现性和选择性。将此装置用于实际水样中微量汞离子含量的无线测定,回收率为93.7%~ 101.9%,表明其在环境水质实时监测领域有良好的应用前景。

摘要:
A practical and environmentally attractive methodology for the direct diversification of N-heterocycles at ambient temperature under open-air conditions was developed. The obvious advantage of the process is that no toxic reagent, transition metal, base or other additive is employed, thus greatly reducing costs, facilitating post-reaction neutralization and purification and minimizing the environmental impact. © 2018 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
目的 研究以丙烷磺酸吡啶嗡盐(PPS)、咪唑、己炔二醇(HD)为代表的三大类光亮剂,在化学镀锡过程中改善镀锡层表观形貌和影响镀速的作用机理.方法 采用电化学阴极极化法,研究化学镀锡过程中光亮剂分子对镀锡液在沉锡过程中对沉锡峰电位变化的影响,运用Forcite模块中的COMPASS力场进行分子动力学计算,研究光亮剂分子在Sn层表面吸附过程的能量变化.结果 阴极极化结果表明,光亮剂的加入会使沉锡峰电位负移,该过电位导致晶核水平增长速度大于垂直生长速度,从而起到整平作用,并在一定程度上抑制晶须的形成.分子动力学计算结果显示,PPS、咪唑、HD均有自发吸附到Sn层表面的趋势,且在Sn(111)面的吸附能分别为-445.338、-9.84、-22.651 kcal/mol,表明三种光亮剂分子均易吸附在Sn层表面(吸附能数据越低,越容易吸附在锡层表面),从而在一定程度上抑制锡层的增长.结论 光亮剂与Sn作用的吸附能,与其在化学镀过程中对Sn层表观形貌的改善和镀速减少有正相关作用.该研究为化学镀锡过程中光亮剂的选择提供了理论基础.

摘要:
Intrinsically fluorescent polymer nanoparticles (F-PNPs) were synthetized from 2-hydroxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde and melamine by solvothermal method. F-PNPs can emit strong yellow green fluorescence at 542 nm without the conjugation to any external fluorescent agent and surface modification. Owing to the abundant amino and hydroxyl groups on their surface, the F-PNPs possess multiple binding sites, good biocompatibility and excellent water-solubility. Addition of Zn<sup>2+</sup>to the F-PNPs solution resulted in a blue shift (Δλ=40 nm) with obvious enhancement in the fluorescence intensity at 502 nm;while there was negligible change in the presence of other metal ions. The subsequent treatment with pyrophosphate (PPi) can cause fluorescence recovery of F-PNPs by pulling the Zn<sup>2+</sup>out of the coordination cavity of F-PNPs-Zn<sup>2+</sup>nanocomposites. No interference was observed from other anions and nucleotides, making the F-PNPs-Zn<sup>2+</sup>ensembles highly sensitive and selective nanoprobes for PPi. The detection limit is 2.75 ×10<sup>−8</sup>M/L and 7.63 ×10<sup>−8</sup>M/L for Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi, respectively. The proposed nanoprobes were then used for detecting the recovery of Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi in rabbit serum samples, which were found to be 99.4–104.2% and 98.6–104.7%, respectively. The present strategy for the fabrication of nanoparticles may offer a new sight for the preparation of polymer nanostructures. The F-FNPs based probes can provide an accurate method for the detection of Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi in serum samples.<br/> ©2018

Strongly green fluorescent carbon dots (CQDs) have been directly synthesized from 2,4-diaminophenylhydrazine and 2-hydroxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde through a facile solvothermal method. The novel CQDs exhibit high fluorescence quantum yield and excellent water solubility due to the abundant amino and hydroxy groups on their surface. The use of the as-prepared CQDs combined with Cu(2+) constructed a "turn-on" switch cysteine-responsive nanoprobe. In the CQDs-Cu(2+) assemblies, the binding of Cu(2+) to CQDs results in the fluorescence quenching of CQDs by electron transfer mechanism, while the addition of cysteine leads to the fluorescence recovery because of the competitive binding between cysteine and CQDs to Cu(2+). The nanoprobes showed high sensitivity to cysteine with the detection limit of 2.6 nmol L(-1). The selectivity investigation results demonstrated that the Cu(2+)-integrated nanoparticles were highly selective toward cysteine over the other amino acids and biologically related metal ions. The proposed nanoprobe was then employed for detecting the recovery of cysteine in rabbit serum and plasma samples and imaging the cysteine in cancer cells, and the recovery was found to be 98.2-104.0%. This "synthesis-modification integration" strategy for the fabrication of CQDs may offer a new sight for the preparation of multifunctional nanostructures and broadening the application of CQDs in bioimaging.
