摘要:
为研究不同集料对沥青砂浆混合料性能的影响,基于等体积换算原则,在AC-13沥青混合料的基础上,计算并成型沥青砂浆试件,通过研究石灰岩、玄武岩、辉绿岩和钢渣沥青砂浆的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能,基于灰色系统理论中的多目标加权决策模型,对4种集料类型沥青砂浆的综合性能进行评价。结果表明,玄武岩和辉绿岩沥青砂浆的高温性能优于石灰岩和钢渣沥青砂浆;钢渣沥青砂浆的低温抗裂性能和疲劳性能优于其他3种集料沥青砂浆;石灰岩沥青砂浆的水稳定性优于其他3种集料沥青砂浆;4种集料沥青砂浆中,玄武岩沥青砂浆的综合性能最优。

The polymer curing agent was used in the slope and the external-soil grass-planting was then carried out. It was found that this new ecological protection technique can effectively prevent, weaken, or slow down the softening of weak rock slope. Its waterproofness, hydrophobicity, and surface structure with good greening effect were thus improved. The effectiveness of polymer curing agent used in the weak rock slope was evaluated and verified by testing its workability, adhesion, waterproofness, and hydrophobicity. The safety factors of slope stability under three conditions, including not setting curing agent layer, setting curing agent layer, and setting curing agent layer with 25% rock bolt reduced, were calculated by using the Slide software version 5.014. They are 1.199, 1.281, and 1.238, respectively. It was indicated that the safety factor of weak rock slope setting polymer curing agent layer was 6.84% higher than that without the setting polymer curing agent layer. Based on the preceding research, the polymer curing agent as a new ecological protection technique was verified and summarized through the practical engineering projects, which could be expected to be applied in the weak rock slope protection engineering. © 2019 American Society of Civil Engineers.

Under the action of water, weak rock slopes easily expand and the strength and stiffness decrease, which results in slope instability. The styrene-acrylic emulsion cement-matrix composite, a new type of polymer curing agent, was developed for the curing and treatment of weak rock slopes. The strength-reduction factor method and ANSYS finite element software were used to calculate and analyze the stability of slopes before and after protection. The stability safety factor of weak rock after protection increased by 30% from 2.0 to 2.6. In order to evaluate the performance of the polymer curing agent, the mixture test was carried out in the laboratory. It was found that the waterproofness, hydrophobicity, and microstructure of weak rock slopes with the polymer curing agent can be significantly improved. Finally, the polymer curing agent was adopted and the external-soil spray-seeding technique was used in physical engineering. From test results, it was indicated that the polymer curing agent for weak slopes is beneficial in improving the water-damage resistance of a slope surface and prevent or reduce the softening of weak rock so that plants can grow for a long time. The treatment for weak rock slopes was successfully combined with plant protection, achieving the dual effect of weak rock slope protection and ecological protection. © 2019 by the authors.

摘要:
为提高钢渣的利用率,把钢渣添加到碎石封层中替代部分碎石集料的可行性。首先通过工程经验法计算出碎石封层的初步配合比,通过室内剪切试验和拉拔试验确定最终配合比,然后进行钢渣碎石封层渗水试验、构造深度试验和膨胀率试验。结果表明:封层构造深度随钢渣掺量的增加线性增大,膨胀率也随钢渣掺量的增加而增大,但未超出规范要求,因此钢渣可用于碎石封层,是一种优质集料。

摘要:
采用粗集料表面构造定性分析法对辉绿岩、玄武岩、钢渣和再生骨料等4种粗集料进行了表面构造分析,利用浸水马歇尔稳定度试验、车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验和铺砂法试验分别对其混合料的路用性能进行测试,并分析了其与粗集料表面构造的相关关系。试验结果表明,4种粗集料表面构造的排序为:钢渣>再生骨料>玄武岩>辉绿岩;混合料的水稳定性和抗滑性与粗集料表面构造具有较强的相关关系;混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性与其粗集料表面构造的相关关系均较弱。

The conventional curing methods for cement concrete pavement have been frequently criticized for their high levels of water consumption, high labor intensity, high cost, nonuniform curing quality, and other problems. In an attempt to solve these problems, the research of this paper, on the basis of some concrete pavement construction projects and some concrete pillar construction projects in China, explored the development of a new type of curing membrane from controllable high polymer materials for concrete curing that helps to save water and retain moisture. This curing membrane was developed with a new type of controllable high polymer material as the interlayer material, with a specialized plastic membrane as the carrier, and based on the concrete hydration principle as the theoretical background. In the research of this paper, a series of tests were done to measure the temperature and relative humidity of concrete cured using different methods. Furthermore, the strength, carbonization depth, and cracking of concrete slabs under different types of curing were also tested. The results indicated that (1) the use of the new-type water-saving and moisture-retaining membranes to cure concrete for 28 days could retain the surface humidity of concrete up to more than 90%; (2) microcracks of concrete slabs during summer construction were reduced by the combined use of a curing agent and the new-type water-saving and moisture-retaining membrane; and (3) compared with no curing at all, carbonization depth of concrete cured by the new-type curing membrane for 90 days was reduced by 60% while the concrete strength increased by 8.6 MPa, up to 51.6 MPa. © 2018 American Society of Civil Engineers.

The functional mechanism of emulsified wax curing agent (EWCA) as an isolation layer of cement concrete pavement (CCP) was analyzed. Reducing the friction between layers and improving the hydrophobic function of concrete surface can weaken the combination of surface course and base course, as well as the formation of weak transition layer, which is generated during the construction of concrete undersurface course. After the cement concrete surface was sprayed with EWCA, its contact range was measured to be 97.3°C 101.1° in the contact angle test. With the nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, the study on the microstructure of the pavement slab of EWCA’s isolation layer was carried out. The isolation layer of EWCA can reduce the porosity of transition layer and enhance its compatibility. The effect of EWCA on the interlayer performance of concrete pavement was explored by the interlayer bonding and friction coefficient tests with different amounts of EWCA and different texture depths of base course. The Coulomb model of interlayer bonding and frictional resistance was established, which preliminarily indicated the functional mechanism of CCP’s emulsified isolation layer. 摘要:
为减少甚至解决倒虹吸隧道中污物沉积和堵塞问题,提出一种新型倒虹吸隧道工作井智能排污结构。利用SolidWorks软件对隧道及工作井进行建模和数值模拟优化,并进行物理模型试验验证。研究结果表明:1)外加辅助块体有助于降低湍流位置,而在一定范围内改变入口处水流流速对引水结构的影响不大; 2)在工作井内加入矩形三角块和在入口区加阶梯双三角块、出口区加矩形三角块是倒虹吸隧道较优的智能排污结构方案; 3)雨水方沟断面尺寸大小会对水流湍流位置和流速分布有所影响,但添加适当的辅助块仍具有较好的智能排污效果。

The membrane-forming performance of emulsified wax curing agent (EWCA) and the mechanical properties of the ice layer atop the cement concrete surface were explored via a series of tests in the research of this article. First, the tests for the membrane-forming performance of EWCA atop the glass plates or the cement concrete test blocks were conducted; the thermal endurance of the formed EWCA membrane, its performance against water erosion, the observation of its appearance, and the microstructure were the primary areas of focus in the research. These tests were performed to determine an optimized formula for EWCA and a practical product of EWCA with high performance. This kind of EWCA product was used in the tests for the mechanical properties of the ice layer atop the cement concrete test blocks. The results of these tests indicated that the EWCA product sprayed on the cement concrete surface reduced the sheer bond stress between the ice layer and the cement surface by 62 %, reduced the pull-out bond stress of the ice layer by 38 %, and reduced the impact resistance of the ice layer by 60 %. Thus, it can be concluded that spraying EWCA atop the cement concrete surfaces might improve the efficiency of removing the ice layer from the cement concrete surface. 摘要:
为防止或者减少水对软岩边坡的软化作用,提出了利用新型聚合物固化剂将边坡固化,然后在固化剂处治的软岩上进行客土植草,系统开展了软岩边坡新型聚合物固化剂的工程防护性能研究。通过新型聚合物固化剂工作性、黏结强度、防水性和疏水性等一系列固化剂工程防护性能试验,初步获得了依托工程采用的新型聚合物固化剂的配合比。试验研究表明,采用新型聚合物固化剂处理软岩边坡坡面,能有效防止软岩边坡在水的作用下发生体积膨胀、强度降低、刚度下降而导致边坡失稳的情况。

This research characterized the vibration responses of cement pavement surface slabs atop different interlayers under a moving vehicle load via the laboratory simulated vibration response tests and the field tests. This was done with the help of a micro-seismic monitoring system. In the laboratory simulated vibration response tests, a 4.5 kg hammer was used to impose impact loading, while geotextile and rubber sheet were used as the interlayers. The laboratory test results indicated that under the same impact load, compared with the surface slabs without an interlayer beneath, the vector sum of the peak vibration velocity of the surface slabs atop the rubber sheet interlayer, the single-layered geotextile interlayer, and the double-layered geotextile interlayer decreased by 68, 56, and 67 %, respectively; the vector sum of their maximum displacement amplitude decreased by 96, 52, and 45 %, respectively. In the field tests for vibration response, which were done under an estimated vehicle loading 60 t (rear axle loading 30 t) and an estimated vehicle speed of 60 km/h, the surface slabs with geotextile or plastic membrane as the interlayer beneath were tested. The field test results indicated that under the same other conditions, compared with the surface slabs without an interlayer beneath, the vector sum of the peak vibration velocity of the surface slabs atop the interlayer of a double-layered geotextile plus a single-layered plastic membrane, the interlayer of a singlelayered geotextile plus a single-layered plastic membrane, and the interlayer of a single-layered plastic membrane decreased by 53, 46, and 10 %, respectively. The vector sum of their maximum displacement amplitude decreased by 41, 39, and 19 %, respectively. To conclude, the rubber sheet interlayers and the geotextile interlayers can help the cement pavement surface slabs significantly damp the vibrations caused by the moving vehicle load or the impact load. In road engineering, Emulsion Wax Curing Agents (EWCAs) are mainly used for cement concrete construction curing or as the bond breaker between the cement concrete pavement surface layer and the lean concrete base layer. Inspired by the lotus leaf effect, in this research work, a series of the laboratory tests were performed to evaluate the mechanical performances of the icing atop the cement concrete surface coated with an EWCA. The test results indicate that friction and bonding between the icing and the concrete surface coated with an EWCA have been reduced, and the icing is easier to be broken and removed. Thus, spraying EWCA atop the cement concrete surfaces might improve the efficiency of the mechanical deicing process on the cement concrete surface.

摘要:
分析了地震波法检测水泥混凝土路面脱空的基本原理。借助IDTS3850振动测试仪,进行了室内混凝土脱空板振动模拟试验,记录与分析了室内不同脱空状态下水泥混凝土路面板的微地震波,初步获得了室内模拟水泥混凝土路面板在不同脱空状态下的振动特性规律。结果表明:室内板底脱空程度越严重,板体振动系统受到激励作用时产生的自然频率越低,振动时间越长,振幅则越大。

摘要:
Based on the analysis in the mechanism of emulsion wax curing agent (EWCA) which was regarded as bond-breaking layer of concrete pavement, tests for shear stress, penetration test, pendulum friction coefficient test and sliding friction coefficient test are operated. Indexes for tests are measured after the spraying of EWCA on cement-stabilized granular base (CSGB). Compared with base do not have bond-breaking layer, test results indicated that bond stress, friction coefficients and permeability coefficients had been separately reduced by 64, 62 and 9 % with the help of EWCA. As a result it will improve the impermeability of CSGB. Pendulum friction coefficient test and sliding friction coefficient test are conducted, on cement-stabilized base’s surface with different texture depth 3 days after the spraying of EWCA. According to variation of sliding friction coefficient and British Pendulum Number (BPN), it can be concluded that they will decrease as increasing of spraying dosage and tend to stable finally. Field interlayer tangential bond force test with EWCA being sprayed on lean concrete base (texture depth <0.3) is performed. The results indicates: spraying time has significant effect on jacking force; wearing after form the film and rainfall have less effect on jacking force. The experimental results indicate that longer the time interval (from spraying the EWCA to pouring the pavement), the worse the effect of isolation. As a conclusion of engineering, the construction of isolation layer should be finished a few days before the construction of pavement.

以浙江温州某公路地聚合物处理软土地基工程为依托,通过正交优化试验,探讨了地聚合物土力学强度影响因素,获得了影响地聚合物土强度的主要因素、变化规律及地聚合物的合理掺配比例,同时测定了不同塑性指数地聚合物软土的强度,发现随软土塑性指数的增加,地聚合物土的无侧限抗压强度降低,为实体工程采用地聚合物处理软土地基进行软基设计、施工控制提供了科学依据。

摘要:
在新修订的《公路水泥混凝土路面施工技术规范》(JTG F30)版本中提出了缓冲封层设置技术,它是提高路面性能指标的重要措施.文中利用三维有限元方法,就设置缓冲封层与不设置缓冲封层的水泥混凝土路面进行对比,以面层与基层层底拉应力、路表弯沉、层间最大剪应力为考核指标,计算了静力荷载作用下路面力学响应情况.以及通过温度应力分析,说明设置沥青缓冲封层是减小路面结构温度应力的有效措施,提出最适合缓冲封层厚度为30~50 mm.
