Let R(beta, alpha) denote the class of functions of the form: f(z) = z + a(2)z(2) + a(3)z(3 +) ..., which are analytic in the open unit disk D = {z: vertical bar z vertical bar < 1} and satisfy the condition Re{f'(z) + az f'' (z)} > beta (a > 0; beta < 1; z epsilon D). We find extreme points of R (beta,a) and obtain some sharp bounds for certain linear problems. And we find number beta(a) (a >= 1) such that R(beta, a) is a subclass of S*, which denotes the class consisting of univalent starlike functions in D. (c) 2006 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

摘要:
In the present paper, the authors introduce a new subclass Bn(λ, α, μ, A, B, z) of λ-Bazilevič functions of type α + iμ. The subordination relations and inequality properties are discussed by making use of differential subordination method. The results presented here generalize and improve some known results, and some other new results are obtained.

In the present paper, the authors introduce a new subclass K s(k) (α, β) of close-to-convex functions. The subordination and inclusion relationship, and some coefficient inequalities for this class are provided. The results presented here would provide extensions of those given in earlier works.

摘要:
In this paper we define two classes of quasiconformal mappings, and study their covering properties by methods of module. We obtain some new results. In the meantime,we give new methods to prove Koebe 1/2 covering theorem on convex conformal mappings.

In this paper, a subclass N(λ, α, A, B) of analytic functions is introduced, which is a generalized class of non-Bazilevič functions. The subordination relations, inclusion relations, distortion theorems and inequality properties are discussed by applying differential subordination method.

By making use of certain familiar integral operators, the authors introduce and investigate several new subclasses of starlike, convex, close-to-convex, and quasi-convex functions. Among other results presented here, the authors establish a number of inclusion relationships associated with some of these integral operators. Some of the results established in this paper would provide extensions of those given in earlier works.

Denote by A the class of functions f(z) analytic in the unit disk D and normalised so that f(0) = f'(0) - 1 = 0. For f(z) is-an-element-of A, let F(z) = integral-z/0 [f(t)/t]dt for z is-an-element-of D. We find estimate on beta so that Re f'(z) > - beta will ensure the starlikeness of F(z). Our conclusion improves the well-known results.
