摘要:
Considering the characteristics of fuzziness, gray and dynamic of the debt risks in highway project, build a method of grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to the characteristics of project on financing for development and operational, establish the corresponding debt risk subsets. It not only can evaluation the risk of different stages, also can comprehensive evaluation the risk of the whole project, so that the investors can according to the evaluation value of general risk and each stage to targeted for prevention and control.

摘要:
Based on the characteristics of construction materials management of expressway projects, this paper analyzes the operation processes of the construction materials combined with operation management contents of all participants. Then it builds the index system of evaluation matrix, construction materials operation processes-participant. It establishes the AHP model of performance evaluation, and evaluation the performance from the three dimensions of operation phase, participants, and projects. Through the empirical study on LY expressway of Hunan Province, this paper drew up the performance evaluation conclusions which are in line with the project construction.

摘要:
The main impediment to build the roads in county areas is a lack of capital. The Index System Construction of Preferential Evaluation for Investment and Financing Project on Rural Roads is brought forward for it, which is to make an order of priority for construction projects in accordance with their importance and urgency and offer the decision-making support for the loan of financial institution to build rural roads. Based on its conditions and requirements, this paper analyses benefits and influences from rural road projects comprehensively with a look at regional highway network, economy, society and environment, expressing to construct the index system for Preferential Evaluation of Investment and Financing Project on Rural Roads with quantified indexes.
