农业现代化背景下县域光伏扶贫生态补偿标准评估

摘要:
光伏扶贫是促进贫困地区实现农业现代化的重要手段。该研究运用生态系统服务付费方法,构建光伏扶贫生态系统服务指标评价体系,以及经济价值与经济损失评估模型。以补偿对象的经济损失得以弥补为目的,补偿主体支付补偿后经济价值仍有富余为可行条件,提出3种可行性补偿方案,通过对受益者与影响环境者在经济、环境、社会维度获得的经济价值进行再分配,确定补偿标准,比较判断补偿后的脱贫情况。以炎陵县地面村级光伏扶贫电站为例,选取东北、西北、西南地区的代表性县域光伏扶贫项目进行验证,结果显示:第1种补偿方案,贫困户既是补偿对象又是补偿主体,人均获得补偿净收入1 294.09元,无法实现脱贫;第2、3种补偿方案,贫困户仅作为补偿对象,不支付补偿,人均收入达到3 527.3元,高于最低脱贫标准;延寿县、水城县和大通县的生态补偿效果与炎陵县一致。结果说明,通过良好的生态补偿机制设计,环境保护和消除贫困将协同实现。

摘要:
In this paper, we consider the stabilization strategies for a demand-driven supply network model with transportation delay. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and the robust control approach, we obtain sufficient conditions that guarantee the global asymptotic stability of the supply network in the form of matrix inequalities. Furthermore, state-feedback stabilizing control strategies are designed. We also carry out analysis on the prescribed H∞ disturbance attenuation level under uncertain demand. Numerical simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy that is designed. © 2019 Elsevier Inc.

Given the increasing pressure on China to lower the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO<inf>2</inf>), as the largest manufacturing energy user and main industrial CO<inf>2</inf>emitter worldwide, the country's iron and steel industry is vital for making energy savings. Most of the existing researches have used single-sector data (i.e., cross-sectional data or data from multiple time series) to look into the driving forces of the industry's CO<inf>2</inf>emissions at the national level, typically overlooking the impacts of final demand and the relationship among industries. This study is based on the global multi-regional input-output table and energy-related data. Structural path analysis is used to identify the critical supply chain paths that influence the emission of CO<inf>2</inf>from China's iron and steel industry. These supply chain paths can be used to analyze the extent to which different types of final demand and the IO relationship among industries affect CO<inf>2</inf>emissions in this sector. The results show that both direct demand for the output of China's industry on iron and steel and indirect demand via consuming products from other industries (e.g., construction and electrical and optical equipment) have lead to a great consumption of coke oven gas in China's iron and steel industry, which result in considerable CO<inf>2</inf>emissions. Further more, in order to meet the demands of their manufacturing sectors and final demand, US, EU, South Korea, Japan, together with some other developed countries, have imported a great sum of goods from China's iron and steel industry, including some other manufacturing sectors, which helps them reduce their own CO<inf>2</inf>emissions. But this action has left China with considerable energy consumption and CO<inf>2</inf>emissions issues.<br/> ©2016 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In this paper, a vehicle routing problem with interval demands is investigated based on the motivation of dispatching vehicles to deliver perishable products in practice. A nonlinear interval-based programming method is used to build a model for the vehicle routing problem with interval demands, which assumes that demands of customers are uncertain but fall in given intervals and actual demand of a customer becomes known only when the vehicle visited the customer. A vehicle-coordinated strategy was designed to solve the service failure problem. A hybrid algorithm based on the artificial immune system is also proposed to solve the model for vehicle routing problem with interval demands. The validity of methods and sensitivity analysis are illustrated by conducting some numerical examples. We find that the tolerant possibility degree of interval number has significant impacts on the distances. The planned distance strictly increased, while the additional distance strictly decreased and the total distance after coordinated transport has a U-typed relationship with the tolerant possibility degree of interval number. © 2017 Elsevier Inc.

摘要:
We discuss the optimal pricing and production decisions in a channel supply chain under symmetric and asymmetric information cases. We compare the optimum policies between the asymmetric information and the full information cases. We analyze the effect of the reseller's cost information on the profits of the partners. We find that information asymmetry is beneficial to the reseller, but is inefficient to the manufacturer and the whole supply chain. The information value increases with uncertainties arising from the reseller's cost structure. The dual-channel supply chain can share information and achieve coordination, if the lump-sum side payment from the manufacturer can make up the loss of the reseller due to sharing information. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed models is verified by numerical examples.

摘要:
In this article, we investigate a class of impulsive Hamiltonian systems with a p-Laplacian operator. By establishing a series of new sufficient conditions, the existence of homoclinic solutions to such type of systems is revealed. We show the existence of homoclinic orbit induced by impulses by introducing some conditions. To illustrate the applications of the main results in this article, we create an example.

With the immediate looming problems in environment and energy the world is facing today, renewable energy industry, such as the photovoltaic power generation, is under rapid development. Photovoltaic power generation, though currently in the early stages of development, is of great potential for development with its stable and high growth rate. Among them, the LED field is also an important direction of photovoltaic applications. This paper first briefly introduces the constituent elements and structure of trade innovation system of PV industry. Then, it analyzes the status quo of international trade financing of PV enterprises provided by commercial banks and the risks they are facing on the basis of an empirical research. The results show that China’s photovoltaic enterprises are facing challenges brought by the increasingly fierce international trade competition. Therefore, small and medium PV enterprises, #matter for their internal or external development, should change their international trade financing state, for which, Vigorously improving the financing environment for small and medium enterprises is undoubtedly the most realistic and wise choice. © Svetotekhnika.

For a manufacturing-inventory system, its stability and robustness are of particular important. In the literature, most manufacturing-inventory models are constructed based on deterministic demand assumption. However, demands for many real-world manufacturing-inventory systems are nondeterministic. To minimize the gap between theory and practice, we construct two models for the inventory control problem involving multi-machine and multi-product manufacturing-inventory systems with uncertain time-varying demand, where physical decay rate and shelf life are accounted for in the models. We then design state feedback control strategies to stabilize such systems. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions for robust stability, stabilization and control are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are presented to show the potential applications of the proposed models.

摘要:
The increasing penetration of wind power significantly affects the reliability of power systems due to its intrinsic intermittency. Wind generators participating in electricity markets will encounter operational risk (i.e. imbalance cost) under current trading mechanism. The imbalance cost arises from the service for mitigating supply-demand imbalance caused by inaccurate wind forecasts. In this paper, an insurance strategy is proposed to cover the possible imbalance cost that wind power producers may incur. First of all, a novel method based on Monte Carlo simulations is proposed to estimate insurance premiums. The impacts of insurance excesses on premiums are analyzed as well. Energy storage system (ESS) is then discussed as an alternative approach to balancing small wind power forecasting errors, whose loss claims would be blocked by insurance excesses. Finally, the ESS and insurance policy are combined together to mitigate the imbalance risks of trading wind power in real-time markets. With the proposed approach, the most economic power capacity of ESS can be determined under different excess scenarios. Case studies prove that the proposed ESS plus insurance strategy is a promising risk aversion approach for trading wind power in real-time electricity markets.

摘要:
ABSTRACT: The paper estimated the balance of emissions embodied in bilateral trade and the pollution terms of trade between China and six major world economies, including USA, Japan, and others, from 1995 to 2009, and then discussed the factors affecting them using the Structural Decomposition Analysis method. We find that, with the exception of Taiwan, the balances of the haze pollutants emissions embodied in bilateral trades were negative between China and the each of the rest five, and this was mainly resulted from the China export scale effect and intermediate input structural effects. We also find that China has become the “Pollution Refuge” for the economies like USA and Japan. Copyright © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

本文将空间技术要素融入新经济地理框架构建理论和计量模型,探讨了国内、国际市场及空间技术外溢对城市土地利用效率的影响。结果显示,国内、国际市场均能有效提升城市土地利用效率,但二者并未呈现明显联动效果;区际研发溢出对城市土地利用效率具有显著促进作用,而区际沟通技术溢出的作用却不显著。伴随国内市场扩大,研发溢出对城市土地利用效率影响不断降低,而沟通溢出的作用不断增强。然而在城市土地配置和利用中,国际市场对研发与沟通的技术外溢效应均未产生明显影响。内外市场和技术的空间分布对城市土地利用效率的影响具有明显的两极化倾向,大城市和特大城市土地利用效率大幅提升,而中小城市提升幅度相对有限。

摘要:
电池配送站选址定容与电池配送量和配送路径密切相关。以电池配送站建设成本和物流运输成本之和最小为目标,构建了一种基干路径优化的电池配送站选址定容规划模型。该模型引入虚拟电池配送站节点表示同一座电池配送站的多次换电服务,考虑了车辆载荷对单位里程费用的影响。通过云模型粒子群算法对优化模型求解,有效避免了模型陷入局部最优。采用26节点配送系统进行仿真,计算出候选配送站的最优站址和容量。

基于外部性和新经济地理理论综合视角构建了理论、计量模型,对我国286个地级及以上城市的生产性服务业集聚效应进行了测度。研究发现,生产性服务业专业化和多样化集聚主要通过技术外部性作用于经济增长,且专业化集聚的影响更明显;而生产性服务业空间集聚规模则是市场外部性的来源,其通过城市间投入一产出的垂直关联效应作用于经济增长。生产性服务业专业化集聚的作用由东向西逐步递增,而多样化集聚仅对东部地区影响显著;生产性服务业空间集聚规模的影响则由东向西依次递减;随着经济增长分位数增加,生产性服务业专业化集聚和空间集聚规模对经济增长的影响均呈倒U型趋势,且多样化集聚的影响不断增强。

Owing to the technological development of natural gas exploration and the increasing penetration of gas-fired power generation, gas and power systems inevitably interact with each other from both physical and economic points of view. In order to effectively assess the two systems' interdependency, this paper proposes a systematic modeling framework and constructs simulation platforms for coupled gas and power systems in an energy market environment. By applying the proposed approach to the Australian national electricity market (NEM) and gas market, the impacts of six types of market and system factors are quantitatively analyzed, including power transmission limits, gas pipeline contingencies, gas pipeline flow constraints, carbon emission constraints, power load variations, and non-electric gas load variations. The important interdependency and infrastructure weakness for the two systems are well studied and identified. Our work provides a quantitative basis for grid operators and policy makers to support and guide operation and investment decisions for electric power and natural gas industries. © 2015 by De Gruyter 2015.

摘要:
根据最优激励理论,探讨了制造商采用激励契约实现闭环供应链协调的可行性.其中制造商对零售商采用最优销售价格激励契约,对回收商采用最优回收努力激励契约.研究结果发现,最优销售价格激励契约可以实现闭环供应链生产销售部分的协调.最优回收努力激励契约可以协调闭环供应链的逆向回收部分,并分别分析了影响最优销售价格激励契约与最优回收努力激励契约的因素,最后用算例分析验证了结果的正确性.

文章从上下游互动的角度采用博弈论的理论方法分析研究了家电行业中包修期限承诺和质量提升努力对供应链整体绩效的影响及其最优的均衡结果。在质量提升努力和包修期限长短对市场需求和企业成本变化影响的定性定量分析的基础上分别建立了三个彼此相关的供应链策略互动的斯坦克伯格博弈模型,分别求出了制造商决策的最优质量水平、承诺包修期限和批发价格策略,以及零售商的最优价格策略,通过比较上述三种不同情形下企业利润的变化得到了一些可能有助于企业经营管理决策的建议。

摘要:
研究了在低碳化背景下,考虑政府征收碳税的纵向供应链最优减排问题。通过建立供应链无减排研发、单独减排研发以及合作减排研发三种模型,采用逆向求解法,首先制造商制定最优减排量,然后供应链参与者决定各自的价格并得到各自的最优利润。通过对均衡结果分析得出,供应链合作研发的最优减排量大于单独研发最优减排量;供应链最优减排量与研发成本系数成负向关系,与分担比例成正向关系。最后用数值分析法证明了,制定合理碳税税率不仅促使最优减排量达到最大值,并且有利于供应链合作减排研发。最后联系实际为政府制定合理碳税税率,以及企业如何实现节能减排供应链协调提出了建议。

产品和服务的质量已经引起我国政府、企业和消费者的广泛关注。本文围绕其中的企业生产决策及其市场绩效展开研究。假定由一个制造商、一个零售商和一个第三方维修商构成一个产业组织系统,在包修期限内制造商和零售商负责义务满足产品的维修需求,在包修期结束的产品使用寿命期限内,制造商和维修商都为消费者提供有偿的维修服务。产品质量越高,制造商愿意承诺的包修期限越长,产品市场需求越多,在包修期内产品出现故障的可能性越低,维修费用越低,但是制造商付出的相应的质量努力费用越高。制造商承诺的包修期限越长,维修需求越高,维修费用越大。本文设计了由零售商以固定比例分摊制造商的质量努力费用的契约来协调供应链的质量努力,通过提高产品质量并延长包修期限来增加市场需求,增加供应链的整体利润,分析了包修期限延长后对维修市场总量和结构的影响。

发电容量投资不足或过剩都将带来巨大经济与社会损失.论文针对需求不确定且存在价格上限的情况,分析寡头发电商均衡的报价策略,在此基础上,运用实物期权和博弈论思想,构建寡头发电商投资阈值与容量选择模型,并通过数值仿真方法,分析对称寡头发电商的投资阈值与容量选择、最优价格上限与发电商数量,结果表明:1)价格上限较低时,寡头发电商会延迟投资,但总的投资容量会随发电商数量的增多而递增,而在价格上限较高时,则相反;2)最优的价格上限是无穷大,但发电投资商的数量对电力市场的可持续发展非常关键.
