摘要:
Recently, a kind of 110-kV transformer resistance decline defect was found during our routine preventive test of transformers in the Guangdong power grid. The number of defective transformers reached thirty. This phenomenon seriously threatened the safe and steady operation of the power grid. The analysis and treatment of this resistance decline defect were carried out. The key reason for this defect was confirmed. The insulating characteristics of insulating oil decreased. Aminopyrine is a kind of medicine used as an antipyretic analgesic. However, it was seldom investigated by the electric power industry. Aminopyrine as a potential contaminant was found to be present in insulating oils of transformers causing insulation resistance decline defect. Herein, the analysis process of defective insulating oils was introduced. The determination and quantitative detection of aminopyrine were performed using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, in which the highest concentration of aminopyrine in insulating oil was determined to be nearly 100 mg/kg. The source of aminopyrine was surveyed. Moreover, the impact mechanism between aminopyrine and insulating property of transformer oil was discussed. Finally, we found adsorption was effective for this defect. To date, this method has been applied to solve this defect in the Guangdong power grid. 摘要:
DNA-templated fluorescent nanoclusters (NCs) have attracted increasing research interest on account of their prominent features, such as DNA sequence-dependent fluorescence, easy functionalization, wide availability, water solubility, and excellent biocompatibility. Coupling DNA templates with complementary DNA, aptamers, G-quadruplex, and so on has generated a large number of sensors. Additionally, the preparation and applications of DNA-templated fluorescent NCs in these sensing have been widely studied. This review firstly focuses on the properties of DNA-templated fluorescent NCs, and the synthesis of DNA-templated fluorescent NCs with different metals is then discussed. In the third part, we mainly introduce the applications of DNA-templated fluorescent NCs for sensing metal ions. At last, we further discuss the future perspectives of DNA-templated fluorescent NCs in the synthesis and sensing metal ions in the environmental and biological fields. © 2019 by the authors.

Sugar alcohols are promising solid-liquid phase change materials (PCMs). However, problems such as possible leakage of liquid PCMs, high and unstable supercooling, and low thermal conductivity need to be solved. In this work, a novel form-stable PCM in which m-erythritol (ME), polyaniline (PANI), and silver nanowires (Ag NWs) were applied as solid-liquid PCM, supporting material, and thermal conductive filler, respectively, was successfully prepared in anhydrous ethanol by surface polymerization of aniline. Form-stable PCM with good form stability could be obtained when the ratio of ME/(aniline + ME) was no more than 78.7 wt%. The melting enthalpy (ΔHm) of the ME/PANI form-stable PCMs could attain 234.8 J/g while that of the ME/PANI/Ag NWs form-stable PCMs was about 220 J/g. In addition, the thermal conductivity of the form-stable PCM was increased by 61.6% when 7.5 wt% Ag NW was added. Moreover, the supercooling of ME was effectively suppressed from 100°C for pure ME to 60°C, corresponding to an improvement of 40%, for the form-stable PCM containing 7.5 wt% Ag NWs. The supercooling suppression could be ascribed to that PANI provided great amounts of nucleating centers and improved the nucleation kinetics, and Ag NWs improved the thermal diffusivity and thus increased the crystallization rate. © 2019 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

B2-structured Fe-20.5Al-18Cr (wt.%) intermetallic filter material developed for high-temperature coal-gas purification was fabricated by reactive synthesis using blended Fe/Al/Cr powders. This method addresses the problems presented in the manufacture of porous Fe-Al-Cr materials with high content of Al, making the production more convenient, flexible and controllable. The exothermic effect, volume swelling, pore formation and diffusion reactions during the reactive synthesis of porous Fe-20.5Al-18Cr were investigated systematically. A comparative study with porous Fe20Cr7Al material produced from prealloyed powders was carried out synchronously. The results show that during sintering the Fe-20.5Al-18Cr compact presents limited exothermic behavior and obvious volume expansion, and that the abundant pores and compositional homogenization can be obtained through the interactions of Fe/Al/Cr powders after final sintering. As compared with sintered Fe20Cr7Al porous material, porous Fe-20.5Al-18Cr possesses bigger permeability constants and lower oxidation and sulfidation rates. Pilot-scale filtration tests reveal that Fe-20.5Al-18Cr filter material can robustly serve in the corrosive H 2 S-contained and alkali-metals-oxides-loaded high-temperature coal gas during a period of 1000 h. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
This study investigated the influence of the main metal materials of transformers on the oil-paper insulation performance. Ten types of insulating specimens were subjected to accelerated thermal aging at 120°C. Some aging parameters, including oil acid number, furfural content and degree of polymerization (DP) of insulating paper, were measured and compared. At the same time, we conducted frequency domain spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry on the insulating paper. The following conclusions were drawn: silicon lamination slightly deteriorates the insulating oil, copper increases the acidity and accelerates the production of furfural, metal materials can decrease DP of insulating paper and the effect of copper is greater than that of silicon lamination. During thermal aging, the dielectric dissipation factor of insulating paper increases and the carbon content of insulating paper increases. Metal materials can significantly increase the dielectric dissipation factor and carbon content of insulating paper and the effect of copper is greater than that of silicon lamination.

摘要:
Magnetic materials usually exhibit advanced performance in many areas for their easy separating and recycle ability. In this study, silver iodide/copper ferrite (AgI/CuFe2O4) catalysts with excellent magnetic property were successfully synthesized and characterized by a series of techniques. Two typical bacteria Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were applied to estimate the photocatalytic inactivation performance of obtained AgI/CuFe2O4 catalysts. Results revealed that the AgI/CuFe2O4 (12.5% AgI) composite could absolutely inactivate 3x10(9) CFU/mL E. coli and 2.7x10(8) CFU/mL S. aureus cells severally in 50min and 40min under visible light irradiation, which showed a much higher photo-disinfection activity than monomers. Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the biocidal action of this nanocatalyst, the results confirmed that the treated E. coli cells were damaged, the nanocatalyst permeated into cells and resulting in death of cells. Besides, it was found that the destruction of bacterial membrane together with substantial leaked potassium ion (K(+)) which caused by the photo-generated reactive species superoxide radical (O2(-)) and holes (h(+)) could be the direct disinfection principles. For a deep insight into practical applications, the influences of different catalyst concentrations and reaction pH were also taken into discussion in details. The overall results indicated the novel photocatalyst with strong redox capacity and outstanding reusability can be widely employed in bacteria elimination.

Self-support silver nanofibers with excellent electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) are successfully fabricated through a hybrid method combining an electrospinning process with an electroplating technique. This nanofiber-based catalyst demonstrated superior long-term stability and an unusually high methanol-tolerant effect that its ORR activity was enhanced, instead of lessened in 3 M methanol. The impact of microstructure and crystal facet on ORR activity is examined through quantifying the performance of the catalysts by electrochemical measurements. Through tuning the synthesis parameters, the onset potential, half-wave potential, and peak potential of 1.041 V, 0.848 V, and 0.864 V are achieved for the silver nanofibers with thorny structure, even superior to those of commercial Pt/C catalyst. Such excellent performance is attributed to two major factors, the micro morphology, i.e. thorn-on-fiber structure, and the crystal facet. The special thorny structure leads to the accumulation of electrons on the tip to act as highly active sites and better confinement of the oxygen between thorns, while the high ratio of (110) facets on the tip favors high catalytic activity. This kind of low-cost silver nanofiber-based catalyst exhibits a highly beneficial prospect as a potential alternative catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A rapid surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) method for Pb2+ detection has been developed based on l-cysteine-modified Ag-coated Au nanoparticles with core-shell nanostructure. Specifically, l-cysteine-functionalized Au@Ag core-shell probes bearing Raman-labeling molecules (4-ATP) are used to detect Pb2+ upon the formation of nanoparticle aggregates. The proposed SERS-based method shows a linear range between 5 pM and 10 nM, with an unprecedented limit of detection (LOD) of 1 pM for Pb2+; this LOD shows the method to be a few orders of magnitude more sensitive than the typical colorimetric approach that is based on the aggregation of noble metal nanoparticles. Real water samples diluted with pure water have been successfully analyzed. This SERS-based assay may provide a general and simple approach for the detection of other metal ions of interest, and so could have wide-ranging applications in many areas.

摘要:
将场效应晶体管(FET)的栅极金电极(GGE)延长一定距离,在GGE表面自组装上聚二硫二丙烷磺酸(SPS)膜,构建了一种可检测L-胱氨酸(L-cystine)的新型传感装置.该传感界面的SEM表征、电化学性能测试和XPS分析结果表明,在溶液中带负电荷的SPS聚阴离子膜可通过静电作用吸附结合带正电荷的目标物L-胱氨酸,形成双电层结构而产生识别一价有机铵离子的膜电位.该电极在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH= 5.0)中对L-胱氨酸有良好的电位响应性能,线性范围为5.0 × 10~(-6) ~ 1.0 × 10~(-3) mol /L,响应灵敏度为(58.25 ± 1.5) mV/-pc(25 ℃) ,检出限为2.69×10~(-6) mol /L.该电极响应快(30 s) ,重现性及稳定性好.常见氨基酸如L-甘氨酸、L-丙氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-色氨酸及L-甲硫氨酸等均不干扰电极对L-胱氨酸的测定.该电极可用于实际猪血清样品中L-胱氨酸的测定,回收率为91.2% ~ 107.8%,说明该方法是一种装置简便,能准确测定L-胱氨酸的新手段.

埃索美拉唑钠原料药残留溶剂的测定

摘要:
利用顶空气相色谱法测定了埃索美拉唑钠原料药中6种有机溶剂的含量。在该色谱条件下,6种有机溶剂均能彼此完全分离,峰面积与浓度呈现良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.990。检出限(3S/N)分别为1.52、7.37、2.54、0.17、4.37、0.67μg/m L,定量限(10S/N)分别为2.83、10.92、7.93、0.34、9.83、2.69μg/m L。平均回收率均在98.74%108.59%范围内。该方法适用于实际样品的残留溶剂测定。

本文探索了在物理化学虚拟仿真实验教学过程中,教师的引导与监控对学生进行实验的兴趣和积极性及教学效果的影响.教师对虚拟仿真实验进行适当的引导有助于取得积极的效果,但引导的程度是一个复杂的问题.同时教师应对虚拟仿真实验进行监控,以督促学生通过虚拟仿真实验取得积极的效果.

摘要:
In this work, we have developed multiple-armed DNA tetrahedral nanostructures (TDNs) for dual-modality in vivo imaging using near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence and single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). We found that the presence of arm strands in TDNs remarkably enhanced their in vitro stability, allowing them to stay intact for at least 12 h in serum. By using NIR fluorescence imaging, we evaluated in mice the pharmacokinetics of TDNs, which exhibited distinctly different in vivo biodistribution patterns compared with those of double-stranded (ds)DNA. We also noticed that TDNs had twofold longer circulation time in the blood system than that of dsDNA. With the use of multiple-armed TDNs, we could precisely anchor an exact number of functional groups including tumor-targeting folic acid (FA), NIR emitter Dylight 755, and radioactive isotope 99mTc on prescribed positions of TDNs, which showed the capability of targeted imaging ability in cancer cells. Furthermore, we realized noninvasive tumor-targeting imaging in tumor-bearing mice by using both NIR and SPECT modalities. © 2016 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
利用气相色谱法测定雷贝拉唑钠原料药中丙酮、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲苯5种有机溶剂残留量,通过优化实验条件建立了一种有效的测定有机溶剂残留量的方法。采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,色谱柱为 DB-624石英毛细管柱,以氮气为载气,流速为2.0 mL/min;柱温采取程序升温方式,于40℃保持8 min,然后以每分钟20℃的速率升温至240℃,并保持20 min;顶空平衡温度为90℃,平衡时间为30 min;进样口温度为200℃,检测温度为250℃;进样体积为1 mL,分流比为5∶1。5种有机溶剂在该色谱条件下均能有效分离,峰面积与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数 R 圴大于0.990,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.616,6.72,4.89,2.70,1.46μg/mL,定量限(10S/N)分别为1.85,16.8,13.9,8.07,3.64μg/mL,各残留溶剂的加标回收率均在90%~110%范围内。

摘要:
Phthalate is one kind of widely applied plasticizers, which can improve the plasticity of various materials. Phthalate plasticizers are also added in food, in which the content is strictly controlled. However, they were seldom investigated by electric power industry. Recently, phthalate plasticizers were found to be present in many in-service insulating oils of transformers during our daily supervision work. Herein, the determination and quantitative detection of phthalate plasticizers in insulating oil was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). Di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) was detected to be the major plasticizer in in-service oil samples, and the undesirable effect of DBP on the function of insulating oil was further evaluated. Finally, the sources of these phthalates in insulating oil were explored.

摘要:
采用高效液相色谱法测定右旋雷贝拉唑钠对映体的纯度.以α1-酸性糖蛋白键合硅胶为填充剂的CHIRALPAK-AGP手性柱为固定相,用乙腈-pH 6.0磷酸盐(1+9)混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,用紫外检测器进行测定,检测波长为285 nm.左旋雷贝拉唑钠的质量浓度在38.4~576ug·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.2 ng,测定下限(10S/N)为0.56 ng.加标回收率在91.1%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差在2.4%~4.3%之间.
